Design One did an amazing job! I took in a chair that held sentimental value. They were able to reupholster the front, while keeping the original velvet back. I also requested a foam replacement. The changes look seamless.

The intake process was extremely detailed. Chris made sure to document all of my requests, including which way I wanted the pattern to run. He made me feel confident that the chair was in good hands. The pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. I would 100% recommend Design One to anyone needing these services!

Had Design One totally replace the vinyl on our boat's engine cover. I wanted the exact colors & design as the factory original...and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out! Crispin is really knowledgeable and was great to work with. I was a little nervous that it wouldn't match the original because the design is kind of intricate, but they did a GREAT job. Highly recommend Design One!

Custom made me a new travel cover to fit around the wake tower I installed. Fits great and easy to put on! Also redone some seats in the boat that matched perfectly with better quality material than it came with from the factory. Highly satisfied!

We have a 22 foot pontoon boat We have used Design One several times. They are the best when it comes to upholstery needs. There staff is the best when it comes to satisfaction at an affordable price.

A few years ago, we had a 13 foot bench in our office building that was quite an eyesore. I called Design One to ask for an estimate and had one one within 24 hours, along with start to finish dates.
We were so pleased with the end product that when I decided to have my grandmother’s antique rocker reupholstered, this summer, I took it to Design 1. Mike gave me ideas as to what Products I could use, how much each would cost, and an estimated finish date. Again, I’m so very pleased with the result.

After gutting the interior to replace the engine, Crispin and Crew repaired the dry-rot on the back seat and re-installed the interior of our 1996 Baja making it look awesome.

The team at Design One was very professional and in every encounter worked to provide fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. Crispin and his team worked around my schedule to help get a my boat cover back in a timely manner. My cover was destroyed in a storm and they helped get me into a new cover that would better withstand the elements. They worked as a liaison between my insurance company and helped get me into a cover that will last longer than the original. I will absolutely work with Design One again for any future upholstery needs. Highly recommend this company!

We had an older pontoon boat redone. They did the seats, covers and Bimini top. Absolutely awesome! It looks like a brand new boat. The fabrics used really updated the look.
