Very professional and efficient. Service manager was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I was able to wait on the covered patio while the work was being completed. Noah, Salesman, was NOT pushy. The test drive was good - he didn't choose the route, so I was able to test drive it on the Hwy and through my neighborhood. I liked the vehicle, but I wasn't planning to buy the same day. He answered questions or went to get answers if he didn't know. He stayed late to finalize the paperwork. He delivered the car to my house.

This is my fifth Mitsubishi and I have worked with this dealership the last two times. They met and exceeded all my expectations and made the experience enjoyable and not stressful.

Went in for service and advisor came in and pulled records on the car I just purchased. Could have easily done the service, but showed me where it had already been done previously, and told me not to do the maintenance so I wouldn’t have to pay the service charge. Stand up service department with high integrity!

My oldest son and I first got a Mitsubishi Mirage back in 2016. It was a 2015 model. We used them for insurance and warranty work through the life of that car and our last mechanical issue was the straw that broke the camel’s back. We had the car towed into Anderson Kia and my son who is now an adult decided he wanted to look at different cars. He was initially looking at a Chevy Trailblazer from a different dealership, but Kia has their own version in the Seltos. The process was pretty easy. This time I didn’t have to be the sole person on the loan so I offered to co-sign so we can build up his credit. We got a good deal on the trade in and Will was very attentive to our needs. All in all a pretty easy process.

Dravyn was great, efficient and even came in on his day off. Thankful he was our salesman.
