My first time going to Anderson Ford was great because of Kelsey. She was awesome in answering all of my questions. Also, without me asking she showed me important things about my purchase. She went above the rest by putting in extra effort in delivering my new car to me after detailing. I would highly recommend asking for Kelsey to buy your next vehicle.

From my first inquiry about the Bronco I saw online, Kelso Klein was ready and willing to help get me in the vehicle I wanted and meeting all my specifications. He was knowledgeable, answered questions, provided guidance, and was timely in all communications and updates. I never felt “sold to” but instead taken care of. Thanks to Kelso and the staff at Anderson St. Joe, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive the 200 miles to work with this team again.

My family and I broke down in Rockport on our way back to Kentucky. I spoke to the service department before I had us towed to Anderson. They said it was a busy day, but they likely had the parts we needed and would try to work us in. Even though they had a full service schedule that day, they got us back on the road in less than an hour and a half. Nice people and a good shop. Based on my own experience, I would go there again if I needed service on my car.

I'd like a thorn and you guys get an awesome job. You got me in the car that I want it and the Chevrolet garage wouldn't even do it because John didn't have as dark as license and they took a car back at we had it for 3 days here in Tokyo absolutely answered, and I hit you guys didn't do that. Everyone was great! I had the privilege of talking to Kelso and Travis. I would highly recommend these two to anyone in search of a car. These guys went over and beyond! Patient with my indecisiveness and was not a pushy salesman!! 10 stars!!

The Anderson experience is always great but this time was over the top great! Brett takes care of us every time we need (or want in this case) a new car. I have wanted a Kia K5 for awhile now and finally got one. Brett and Lee did everything in their power to find the perfect one, and man did they! We recently purchased from this dealership and had a good overall experience. The initial negotiations were a bit painful as always, but once price was agreed to they worked with us quickly and got the sale done.

The vehicle is in good shape, and when there were some minor issues after the purchase the team picked up the vehicle over an hour away, drove it to their shop for repairs, and brought it back same day. Special thanks to Fred Goff for arranging that and driving it back to us so I had it before heading home from work.

Dewayne was very pleasant to work with. He encouraged me to pick what I thoroughly liked and was easy to communicate with. He made this process much less stressful and was very kind and open!

Very efficient and helpful. The car had to be kept overnight and there were no loaner cars available. The transport team made an extra effort to be sure my urgent needs were met and provided shuttle assistance and delivery of my car back to my home the next day.

So here's the thing. I usually don't leave my opinions about things on these sights because it sometimes turns into a debate on how you were wrong or right. This is a reason i would debate. Anderson Ford has been the place that my family has gotten cars from for years i believe is been 5 cars total. In the years that we dealt with AF we've had guys that were pushy and guys that were great. Well the guy that i dealt with his name was Seth. This guy i tell ya what if i were a rich man and just wanted to buy a bunch of cars, he would be my dude. What i liked about Seth was 1. He wasn't pushy and explained very clearly. 2. I had my nephews with me and he interacted with them which made me feel like i wasnt just a mark on the wall for a sale. 3. He was pretty funny and had a conversation even after the deal was done. I went in to get a truck but they didn't have one that was in my price, but the car i got is practically new. I hope he is still working there when i go back for a truck. I had to travel unexpectedly across the country and badly needed an oil change. I wasn’t able to get an appointment any where I called in Kansas City in time. About an hour into driving I saw Ford and figured I’d take a chance. I’m so glad I did!

They let me know up front that they’d be more expensive than a VW dealership since I have a German Diesel vehicle. Even with having to have the parts delivered, they got the job done quickly and professionally. They also made sure to give my pup tons of attention when they had a minute between working hard!

If I lived in St. Joseph, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my maintenance. Professional, respectful, honest, quick, and laid back. I felt comfortable in their waiting room, in discussing my vehicle and that they were looking out for us.

Fred Goff at Anderson was extremely helpful and courteous. He did a great job of helping us find the truck we were looking for. He also did a great job of patiently walking us through the process of buying the truck. I will go back to him for future vehicle purchases.

When I went to Anderson ford to order my new f150 I got paired with a salesmen that i didn’t much like. I wanted to design my new truck and he seemed very frustrated that he couldn’t sell me a truck that they had on the lot that day. Luckily enough, that guy had another customer come in that he wanted to talk to more than me so I got paired with Kelso Klein. Thank god because I would not have ordered a truck otherwise. Kelso is a please to work with. The only thing he cares about is making sure his customers get exactly what they want. He is a true master of details and a avid gear head that will make sure you get exactly what you want. Me and him together designed one beautiful truck. Kelso was extremely accommodating and made sure I got everything I wanted and was a great person to hang out with and talk to during the long drawn out process of buying a vehicle. I bleed ford blue, and as long as Kelso works for a ford dealership, he will be the only one I deal with from now on
