I had a problem with my car and I called the shop. Eric told me to come in and they’d take care of me. I did and they did immediate. Brett ran a diagnostic test and told me I was safe to drive to STL! I so appreciated their quick and professional service! I won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend others do so as well! Our van wouldn’t start one morning and I contacted Robin via text. She handled everything , from the tow truck to having someone at the shop text me when they were done. When they were done they texted me and told me any time I needed to contact them to using text if needed. Communication and accessibility for us hard of hearing/deaf folks was spot on and very much appreciated.

Kyle was outstanding to work with on multiple occasions as it took several visits to resolve an emissions leak. However, the check engine light is still on the dashboard, with a message reading gas cap, as the issue. The gas cap has been replaced so I am not sure where the current issues lies.

Kyle and his team are great. Very knowledgeable, honest, have been bringing my 2007 Toyota FJ and Pontiac Firebird to them for years. They’ve kept both my vehicles running optimally.

They worked hard to get my car fixed in one day.

Even after I moved out of state and had issues with a mechanic here, they actually called and talked to them to make sure I wasn’t charged extra, as the parts were under warranty!

Excellent service!!!! Both my headlights had gone out. I called around & everybody I talked to indicated that I needed an appointment even though I considered this to be an emergency since I worked overnight & needed at least 1 working headlight to get to & from work. Even Joe Machens Ford a Ford Dealer had no compassion at all for my situation. I have to say I'll never do business with a dealership again (the worst customer service I've ever witnessed). I walked into Complete Custom Automotive without an appointment, explained my situation & they immediately recognized the danger this situation put me & had my vehicle in a bay within 15 minutes. They got my driver's side headlight going but the passenger side turned out to be more complicated then just a bad bulb has it needed a ballist & relay switch as well. They provided me with an estimate & I will return once I get the funds together. Thank you so much for your immediate attention to my needs!!!

I wish I could remember the names of the men that were in that day, but I’ll update when I get them. I just know the owner was there. But anyway, literally the best car establishment I’ve ever been to! Not an exaggeration. The clerk was so extremely kind and helpful and aided the issue on the spot. The owner was also incredibly friendly and they did an amazing job on my car and making us feel like we were at a family function. Lol, that’s the best way to describe it. Everything was really affordable for their top tier work and my car feels like new. Will be returning considering my luck with cars!

Great place of service and care! Kyle is always on the ball, listens and gets er done quickly, efficiently and reminds me to rotate my tires! (Free since I bought my tires there) Kudos to the team for great care!

Honest and effective service. Quick turn around. Walmart broke my brake lines and fuel lines. They had it fixed in 25 hours. Also very good customer service during and after a stressful situation.

Update: I clogged my fuel filter by running several cans of cleaner and I was having a very stressful time replacing it as the first replacement was faulty and I was nevous putting on the second one because I was having a difficult time getting it not to leak. I tried to fix it further on my lunch break and ended up whacking myself with a wrench 😅 After being covered in gas three times in two days and multiple fuel line disconnects while the car was running I was super stressed and unable to handle the situation mentally anymore. I took it in and they secured the filter properly and had it ready to go within an hour with no appointment. They even did it as a courtesy. Much love to the people here 💯💯💯😁🙏❤ I won’t go anywhere worse locally if there’s something I’m uncomfortable doing or unable to do.

Needed a new exhaust. Went and had custom complete take care of it for me. They looked at it, gave me an estimate and got to work. It turned out great . Thanks again!

The staff is always friendly. They are very competent and willing to explain what they are doing something and why it needs done. I always take our cars to Custom Complete for service ( oil change, filter, lube, tire rotation etc) on a regular basis. I trust them completely.

I was traveling on a Saturday when my AC went out. I called several places trying to find a place to get my AC recharged but all the other locations were not offering the service despite advertising that they offer AC recharging. It was also a Saturday and many places were closed and over 90 degrees. I was so thankful to find Custom Complete. I was in and out in less than an hour and they were upfront about pricing and process. I highly recommend them!

I had an electrical problem with my pickup that had not been fixed correctly by others. Custom Automotive quickly found the problem and had my truck back very quickly and affordably.

Custom Complete Automotive always does good work, has inexpensive labor, and will advise you of anything they discovered while not trying to upsell you... They did a great job, discovering issues on my son's Camaro that the dealer didn't disclose or possibly didn't know of, while buying my sons car. Custom did the repairs and saved me $1500 by sharing the issues with the St Louis dealership (Fortune the dealership honored the damages and paid for the repairs.)

Took my Buick there (Nifong Custom Complete Automotive), vehicle came out silent and riding like a jet. The price is reasonable. You have to be prepared to pay the price for labor but the quality of work is superb and guaranteed. I left my car with them overnight and they had it ready to go by end of day the following day. Don’t rush them and they will tune your car and treat it right.

Front desk is very professional and respectful. Very military-friendly with both in-house and vet discounts available. They won’t overcharge you unnecessarily, and will go out of their way to try to save you money where they can.

Finally, they keep record of past repairs, which is a last name and a click away and they remember you.

Highly recommend.
