The employees are friendly and professional. I was going to rent a power lift chair but then didn't end up needing it. They were very friendly and nice canceled my order. I got my money back on my credit card within an hour. If I have a need for a rental in the future I will definitely use the Dunn Road location

This has been the most amazing experience with customer service I had ever received! The level of professionalism here is so refreshing. From the moment of first contact, I felt valued as a customer. I rented a stove but you would have thought that I rented out their entire inventory! In other words, I, during the process, was top priority and that was awesome! I went in on Saturday March 6, 2021 looking for a bed and possibly a dining room set. Was helped by Will who gave me a great deal. My delivery today March 8, 2021 was like a dream come true. Not only did Marvin and JB arrive early than expected they put my items together expertly and gave me enjoyable conversation while they worked. Thank goodness for Mike. I was trying to get my payments on auto pay so that I wouldn't be stressed. Mr. Mike made sure that I was able to have my payments come out of my account as soon as I get paid. He showed empathy, and was very professional.

I always feel the warmth and love in this place like we are family. The guys Marvin, and Will go beyond measures to get you what you want and when we have hard times they are empathetic.
