Thank you for improving my range of motion without a lot of pain. Standing sitting and sleeping in comfortable positions was hard but improving.dealing with lower back issues and whiplash has taken its toll on me.So glad to be improving.

The best part is that they can do sports specific workouts with individuals and teams as well as allow for a 50x20 yard netted area for all kind of sports practices and activities. From young to old and amateur to pro they cover it all. High class definitely!
