Great friendly service. Location is easy to get in and out of. The computer allowing you to sign in is helpful. The staff is really friendly. Been in twice just this week and both visits were good.

Wow! The new DMV in Harrisonville is fast! I usually go to Belton because they really rock it on speed. I was in Harrisonville, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and I was out of there in less than 10 min. Idk if it's the young blood they have in there now l or the new building, but they did an awesome job.

Best DMV experience I've ever had for licenses, especially in late afternoon. Clean office, well staffed, short wait, and everyone was pleasant. It got a little busier right after we arrived, and there was only one "license" window, but they did intake at the other windows to hurry things along before taking pictures and finishing up at the main license window.

I now enjoy the visits the License Office. Vivica was great help getting my car stickers and didn't take much time. She even looked up an RV trailer payment I had made in the past which was a big help to me. I appreciate the efficiency of the new office and staff.

The ladies there were very sweet and patient, (I had my 5 year old son with me) literally the best dmv experience I’ve had.

I have been going to Harrisonville for MO licensing needs for 5 years. The people have always been very nice and helpful regardless of the location of the office. Recently, I also called to ask questions because I couldn't find answers on the MO Dept. of Revenue website. A person answered the phone, responded to my questions and saved me a trip to the license office. I have also never had a long wait when renewing license/registration.

Wow! Usually I dread the DMV and expect it to be a long process where I have to come back because I inevitably forgot something or the wait is too long... but this was the best experienced I've ever had at any DMV. Sam was fantastic! She was quick, friendly, and had us in and out in just a few minutes. The new location is so nice and it's no longer a miserable place to go. Thank you!

The lady that helped me today was super nice and the transaction was quick! I had to update my tags for my car and I don’t even think I was there more than 10 minutes. She was very helpful and kind. The place was cute and they even had a device charging station that I thought was neat.

Best experience I have had at a DMV. Sam was so knowledgeable and fast. The building is clean and doesn’t feel like the typical DMV.

Had another awesome experience at the dmv today. I came in with several things to get done and Vivica handled them with ease. She was very professional, quick and knowledgeable. Vivica thank you again, I appreciate your help.

Renewed my drivers license here and it was very nice and easy, took no time at all on a Tuesday afternoon. Much nicer than the old Family Center DMV

Going to the tag office is no fun, but this one. Is a pleasure to do business with. The wait is never very long, and the person working(Bailey)there are great. Easy in and easy out.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with the OLD DMV in Harrisonville but this one trip has completed changed my experience. I was going in to get my drivers license renewed and naturally I forgot a key peice of information. The lady was able to look me up in her system and get it without me having to come back! You guys ROCK and please don't ever change how you guys operate! Bravo Bravo Bravo 👏 🙌 👍

The new office is great. All these bad reviews are from the old office which was indeed pretty bad.

I went there to get my new car title and license stuff done. LOVED it. So much better than the other one! The girls were much nicer too.

New DMV in Harrisonville was fast and efficient. Probably the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced renewing a license. Believe the clerk's name was Bailey, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had purchased a new car at the end of April and I needed to pay my county tax and transfer plates as well as renew my tags. I drove by the license bureau in Belton and it was lined up outside on Main Street one line headed north and another south. And I am saying to myself “no way”! I drove to the Harrisonville
license bureau and there was a line but nothing like the Belton office. I waited less than 30 minutes was called up (masks on) and she was going through the title application and the dealership had not dated the transaction so back to the dealership I went for dates of the sale. The license bureau woman has stated I did not have to wait in line again. In 10 minutes I was out! I found the staff to be pleasant and courteous as well as professional! My only advice is make sure your paperwork is all there!! Much shorter lines and very friendly people in line!
