Sonny's was awesome!! They made an appointment with me and were right on time. Did exactly what I needed, pointed out a potential future issue to keep an eye on, and also made a note to check it next time I'm in. Their prices were very fair, and they did NOT attempt to upsell me on anything! They have a loyal customer in me!

These guys set an example of what customer service looks and feels like. This kind of business doesn’t happen overnight. Without a doubt there is a lot of hard work that goes into the kind of trust I have in this business. Good, hard working, and honest people.

We are one of the fairest Christen based garages in St Louis County . Just went back to work as a State Emissions inspector part time for a great group of guys .

We have always been so happy with Sonny’s! They work quickly and efficiently and get the job done right. Everyone at Sonny’s knows what they’re doing and are honest — everything you want in a mechanic. We have taken our cars in for years and have been happy every time!

Many establishments are short staffed and booked out for at least two weeks plus. I had a mechanical issue that had me very worried as we are currently a one vehicle family. I drove to Sonny’s with the hopes of setting an appointment.
The staff was amazing to say the least. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift for a diagnosis. Not just one, but two test drives later with me along for the ride, I was shown exactly what needed to be repaired. In addition, I learned of a recent previous repair that was done incorrectly at a different business. Service work was done with zero pressure. I was shown what needed to be repaired. It was a very clear and honest diagnosis.
I now have a plan, and a dollar amount for repairs that will need to be addressed down the road. Great people! Great business!

They get busy, so I called ahead and made an appointment to get our cars safety inspected. It was super quick and they were really helpful!

Love Mike and Wayne, plus their staff! These guys have been taking care of me since I started driving and I never leave disappointed or feeling like I've spent too much with them. Mike and Wayne was great I was broke down on the side of the highway a long way from home and they took us in and fixed our truck and was so nice about it. They went out of there way it help us so we could get back home.

Mike & Wayne were both very responsive and personable. I was visitinging the area from Michigan and had car trouble in downtown St Louis. I knew some locals who referred me to Sonny's and I'm glad they did! It's a nightmare scenario to break down while on vacation, but I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Both Mike & Wayne (the owners) and their tech Matt took the time to talk things through with me and gave me advice on the future care of my vehicle. It gets harder and harder to find a reputable auto repair shop that does quality work at a reasonable price and doesn't try to sell you some additional parts or service that is not needed. Sonny's is one of those shops that gets it right every time. I am always impressed by their honesty and quality of work. I am fortunate to have such a facility close to home.

It's a place I trust to take my vehicles to. They treat you like your family and create close relationships with their customers. They dont bullcrap you around. They're cheaper than most places and do great work. I love the place!

We will be return to Sonny's for future auto repair needs. They are an honest family-run business. Mike, Wayne and staff provided top-notch service at a reasonable price. They did a great job of diagnosing our issue, ordered the necessary parts and fixed the problem on a timely basis.

Been going there for the last at least 6 years, they do great work, great personalities to deal with and fair pricing it's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive and they just do really good work they're very honest people.

First of all, I am a DIY'er.

I discovered Sonny's Automotive during a Google search and read positive experiences other customers had. I decided to give them a shot due to them being a small family business. I gave them a call and they were eager to help install a part on my car I was unable to. I dropped my car off the next day and they installed the part in no time and also gave me very reasonable price. They even mounted a new dirt-bike tire for me.

These guy's are honest, pleasant to deal with, and know what they are doing. They will not try to up-sell you on repairs or items you do not need. They do not charge outrageous labor cost or have 100's% mark up on replacement parts. They are simply interested in developing a working relationship with you when you need any type of automotive work done.

I'm definitely taking my car back to Sonny's.

Great people, great place. These guys don't BS you and are very professional. Been my go to shop for years now. Parking can be a bit tricky at times but usually just fine. Many thanks to Mike and everyone for always coming through!

I purchased a vehicle that had been serviced by Sonny's Automotive a few months before the purchase. The part that was put on shortly went out on me. I called Sonny's and they agreed to replace it at no cost to me. They were under no obligation to do this yet they still treated me very well and got to it quickly and fixed the problem.
