I needed to pick up balloons for a memorial service. I contacted the store and was instructed the best method to order was online. Chris did an excellent job of handling my order and helping me get to the service on time. Curbside delivery was flawless and I have no complaints. Excellent experience and will definitely return in the future!

The people at this store are SOOO helpful! I was there back to back days, and always found staff friendly and would help you quickly find product. Store was also CLEAN and organized. So nice.

The staff are really friendly if you take the time to ask. Most will go out of their way to ask if you need assistance, but every time I’ve visited, an employee offered for help.
If you know specifically what you need, bring a picture to show or be prepared to explain it well.
If you fill out their survey on the receipt, you get a discount code a few days later on subsequent purchases. If you’re planning on making a large purchase, make a smaller one first to get the code to save some money!

I went to this location for the first time on Halloween Eve. The gentleman helping with the costumes was top notch. He greeted us with a smile and kept making sure we were taken care of. The girls at the checkout we're also friendly. They were dressed festively and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Also the store was well organized and clean.

I was looking for a few particular items and I went online to see what they had in stock & which location. Everything was accurate and the staff was patient with my questions and any assistance I required. The store was stocked in perfect order!

They’re super nice despite how busy they are. An associate even volunteered to deliver balloons to an event since a driver couldn’t make it. Super kind associates and clean store.

Party city is a place you can go to and get lost and all of their fun and decorations!!! My wife and I can go here and find anything and everything that we need. the staff is always friendly and helpful if you want to go big and not waste any time stop right down to party city in Lee Summit, you will not be disappointed! 🎉🎁🙌🏽

Nice, clean store with plenty if choices to choose from. Prices on Halloween stuff was amazing. The staff was helpful and so friendly. Thats the way it is in most of their stores.

They have the best selection of party favors and decor for your needs. I bought some paper laterns in multiple colors to have in my meditation room. Worked out great with battery operated lights.

Great place! Love it even more since the new remodel but the check out process always takes a long time and there always seems to be lines.

They didn't have what I was looking for this time but the staff was very friendly. I think they just moved or stopped stocking the birthday stuff I needed for Halloween. Still love the store.

This staff is friendly and nice. I enjoy their knowledge about party supplies and ease to converse with! They also know how to arrange balloon bouquets!

Excellent customer service I even brought an extra balloon that I bought from Amazon and they blew it up for me free of charge plus the balloons I was paying for I was not disappointed I will definitely come back to this location.

Found some thing's we needed for a 40 birthday not a lot stuff! kinda high price! But one thing that was great was the stuff was helpful and very nice!
