Extremely helpful staff! Impressive to say the least! Helpful and knowledgeable about the industry and the stock within the business. The store was well stocked with new and used items! The store was clean and full of displays. Enjoyed the store layout, and the sections were of separate companies. The merchandise was clean upon the shelves! Excellent visit and numerous shoppers filled the store quickly. Impressive!

So my name is Kalah. We came in today, Feb 19th, 2023 around 10 am. We were coming through to sell my PS4 and phone to them because we needed money in order to make it home. Rebeccah M. Is a freaking ANGEL. She helped us tremendously. She sold us a visa vanilla card and it wouldn't work, not until 3 to 5 business days, and she started crying and told us that she couldn't let that happen to us knowing our situation so she gave us $60 out of the kindness of her heart out of her own money... it warmed our hearts so much. This woman deserves a raise, and some sweet hugs. She is beyond an AMAZING employee, she went above and BEYOND Call of Duty. We will never forget her. Thank you Rebeccah, may God bless you 10 times fold for helping us in the name of Jesus.

Taly saved my day!! Had a switch Oled that randomly stopped working. Thanks to the warranty I purchased in store last December, they replaced it with a brand new switch for free!! Great customer service and super knowledgeable!!

Not being a gamer myself and being rather clueless on all things video game related I love coming here. The staff has always been kind and made me feel welcomed. This is the only place I go if I'm needing something video game related from a store front. Also the staff are very knowledgeable. They have always been more than willing to answer all my questions. No matter the question. Really can't recommend them enough!

In the past the other employees, as previously stated, were SUPER condescending and plain rude. Not Jonathan he's Awesome. Also Jonathan was completely unaware I left a negative comment. Just a great guy!

The staff at this location, in my humble opinion, are top notch. They are extremely friendly, very engaging and, truely make going to their store an enjoyable experience. Each and everytime I have gone to this location, as soon I walk through the door, the overall feeling of "Welcome" is apparent. I am not, what you might consider an "up-to-date" indivual and am not "in the know" when it comes to video games. The staff here had always been helpful with helping find the right product for me. They are truthful when sharing their opinion about a game, rather than just trying to make a sell and give good reviews. Thus far, when they have made a recommendation, they have been spot on. I look forward to shopping here in the future. If someone were to ask me I would absolutely suggest they shop here as well! Great place, great staff, all in all....fantastic place

Located on the west side of Creekwood common shopping center at North Oak and Englewood road in between Hy-Vee and diagnostic imaging anchor stores. Parking is weird, so just watch out because people are going every direction. I went in there hell bent for a leather with a grudge against a 20-year husband and his broken PlayStation 4 controller. Xavier and Cade were both amazingly patient considering the middle-aged white woman rage I was showing against their gender at the time. they assisted me in getting a lovely pink replacement controller, any cords I might have needed, a warranty, and indulged my a nice venting session as well. As predicted everything's a bit more expensive than it would be online or maybe at Walmart but you do get the benefit of having people that know what they're talking about and an environment that's entirely gamer. Thanks guys!
