Hacienda Steakhouse

My family and I were having the prime rib and our meal was delivered by a young man who told us his name was Jacob. Well, Jacob had one of the most charming & positive attitudes I've come across in a while. His humor gave my kids a good chuckle and his customer service was like none that I've ever experienced. He explained how the meal was cooked and where the ingredients were sourced from. He then reveled us with his absolutely phenomenal humor. Kudos to having this gentleman on your staff. A true credit to your business. Thanks for everything and Thanks to Jacob for an awesome night. I'd give 100 stars if it was possible.

The daily specials are a big draw. Plenty to eat, don't go away hungry. This place can fill quickly, get there early! Tables are a bit close, a sign that people enjoy the place. Walls are covered in murals to enhance the atmosphere. Center stage is a fireplace.

Dinner at the Hacienda is always a great experience. The food is wonderful, steaks are cooked as requested. Staff is friendly and greet you as you walk in.. Tons of choices on the menu for everyone. The 6 oz Sirloin is the perfect size when you also want an appetizer. Just a fun place to go when you want a great meal at a good price.

Grew up going to the Hacienda with my family. Loved it then and still love it now. Excellent local atmosphere and food. Highly recommend the ribs!

Very good food! Can be a bit busy at times but the wait is never long if there is one.

Family's 1st meal out in North Dakota an I chose a great place.. Food and service was Excellent. 1st time I've order my favorite alcoholic beverage and it was actually prepared perfectly.. Definitely would recommend..

Love coming here for nooners. Can't beat the price or the homemade taste. Staff is always friendly, and food is quick. Dinner is also a great option. They have great ribs and steaks and prime rib. Always cooked perfect. Definitely recommend!!

Met up with a couple of friends for supper. Being it was -15 below I was kinda expecting the place to our selves but it turned out to actually be quite busy...says a loy.

The serlion is fantastic! Best you can get in the Minot area!

If you order the large lobster make sure you ask how old it is or it may come to you dry and fishy smelling. Lots of good food on the menu. Seems there is a lot of breaded and fried items. Overall a good place in Burlington to eat.

I’ve been eating at the Hacienda since I was a little kid. It’s a family tradition when we come back to visit Minot, and I look forward to it every time! I always order the lobster, plus a stuffed shrimp and extra hacienda sauce on the side :) The service is always friendly and the food is consistent year after year, decade after decade. So many happy memories here! Never change, Hacienda!

The food was very good. Had a fish sandwich, which had a large piece of fish and was very filling. Other dinners were very welcoming to us. The staff was great. They were very personable and extremely friendly.

We ordered the chicken dinner and it was crispy and juicy, the pork chops, were also juicy and not dry. Food was served quick and hot. Waitress was nice, pleasant and attentive. Will definitely visit again. 😊

On Friday at 9:15 pm I want to take to b-day dinner one of my best employee so I called to know if they can take us 9:50 pm. They did and they were really welcome. The food was great. The server was super nice. They checked on us if everything was ok. One of them was a guy that I can imagined was the owner for the way he acted. I highly recommend the restaurant!!!!

Wow! Been driving past this gem for way too long. Finally remembered that I wanted to try it out and stopped for an early dinner. I was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly and the meals were prepared perfectly at affordable prices. Don't make my mistake. Stop in and enjoy this place at your earliest convenience!

Great service! Their staff understands and knows what table service is supposed to be and they hustle. Great food! It’s straight forward grub, done right.
