What great folks! James is friendly and very knowledgeable about my car and knows how to fix it. I looked and found he was the only person in town that could work on a Jaguar and I trust he will always be honest about the repairs and the price and that means I don't have to go to anyone else. If you need a good bunch of folks to do work on your car definitely stop and talk to James.

The most honest and reasonable automotive shop in 100 miles. Top equipment. And if have small engine repair of any sort you'll find a two for in same building. Definitely recommend to everyone for their equipment needs.

One of our box trucks died and after calling five different companies I was able to talk to James at Doc’s. James was both friendly and professional. Not even ten minutes after speaking to James the crew called and said the truck was started and we no longer needed a jump. When I called James he said his guy was already on the way! I apologized for the inconvenience to which he said not a problem and to call back if we needed anything else. It is hard to find such great customer service these days.

We LOVE docs and are so thankful to have found a mechanic we can feel good about. We are a family with 3 older vehicles, so we’ve been to him several times, from cooling system work to tires to broken door handles, and his work has ALWAYS been good. He’s so knowledgeable, always explains how things work and exactly what was wrong and what he fixed. His prices are lower than anywhere else we’ve found and he has even done several small quick fixes to get us by, completely free of charge. He’s just a good guy working hard to provide for his family and still eager to help however he can, not looking to make a quick buck or gauge people. We HIGHLY recommend him!

I was very happy with the work done to my vehicle and that they took the time to call me and make sure I was ok with the price of the work being done. There was no scams no fake extra charges and they didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need done. They gave me very fair prices and I will definitely be coming back whenever my vehicles need to be worked on. Its everything you look for in taking your vehicle to the mechanics.

I called about a Throttle Position Sensor replacement for my 4runner, and he got me fixed up in less than half an hour. I can't promise that you will receive the same amazing service as I got, but going here with vehicle issues is certainly worth a stop by. I will be coming back.

Doc (James) is always helpful and fixes my vehicles in a timely manner, and doesn't try to tack on extra fees or work that doesn't need done yet. But he will let you know of pending or priority work needed.

VERY pleased with the service I received. James was on the ball and VERY knowledgeable on how to fix the problem with my car. Had the brake pads actually fall off the car because they were so bad as he pulled the drum. My car was back on the road within hours, even though parts for my Smart Car are hard to come by. He didn't hesitate to work on the vehicle, even though other local repair shops told me they couldn't work on it because its specs are outside of the norm. Everybody that came in were very pleased with their service and left happy. Will be returning next month for the overdue service (oil change and tune-up) that supposedly couldn't be done by local Buffalo Mo repair shops. Baby Doc has recruited this Deck Ape to be a customer until one of us decides to move on to the next plane of existence.
