The new strawberry cream frozen drink is phenomenal!! Definitely 5 stars for that. My order was made perfectly...my girlfriend said congrats to the cook because hers was outstanding also. This doesn't happen often and thought it deserved a shout out.
Update...this Buffalo location has been doing amazing! Keep it up guys!

placed a huge for 6 people not only did they get everything absolutely right and perfect! They delivered it in half the time they said they were going to deliver it. The food was excellent and the driver was super nice and friendly! Definitely a wonderful first time experience

Logan has the best customer service I have experienced in fast food drive through. Like a true professional. I don’t leave many reviews for this industry but this experience was exceptional

Opening day was packed, and the team here absolutely killed it! I placed my order and received it as swiftly as I put it in. The lobby was clean and tidy with napkins and sauces filled and available. Great Job!

Very clean and they had it decorated really nice for Halloween! Susan was the young lady that took our order and she was very sweet and has a great attitude! Keep up the good work!

I have an unhealthy obsession with Taco Bell and tend to eat there way too often, so when I say of the 50 Taco Bells I've eaten at this one does it best, I mean it. Since moving back to Missouri I've been in here or through the drive through at least a dozen times now and my order is always correct, staff are always polite and accommodating, store and lot are clean, and service is always quick. Thanks for always providing a great experience!

We ordered breakfast. The hashbrowns were a bit overcooked but it was all still tasty. The kids love Taco Bell breakfast. We did drive thru and they were so patient when taking our order giving us time to decide and served our food with a smile.

Exceptional Taco Bell! They’e fast, and the food is hot and fresh. They don’t skimp on ingredients like some Taco Bell’s. So far it’s been a good experience.

Hands down the best taco bell experience I have ever had. The gentleman taking orders forgot to add 2 bean burritos to the order. We offered to pay for them but he insisted that he would take care of them. Before we could turn around to walk to our table, the manager was putting the 2 extra bean burritos on our tray and asking if we needed anything else. I thanked them both. Folks this is how you do customer service! Thanks again for such a positive experience!

Cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been too!

Taco bell here in Buffalo has only been open for a short while but they are always very quick and accurate with your order.
I applaud them for their hard work and dedication. It is very difficult to deal with the locals here who tend to run off every business that comes around with all the negative feedback no matter how good they really are.
Keep up the good work and please don't let these sad locals discourage you.

Service was friendly & fast! Food was hot, fresh, & delicious! One of the better taco bell's! You actually get your toppings here! Definitely will go back when traveling through!

I originally rated the Buffalo Taco bell very lowly, due to the light shining into my bedroom, but have been thoroughly impressed by the night staff over the last two weeks. I've intentionally ordered very complex items, and they have gotten every order correct. The Tacos have meat in them lately, and have been as full as they were in the 90s. They need to sync their menu with the online one, as there are more options on the store sign than online, but I'm not sure they can so no rating reduction off that.

They did great job on filling my order. When I got home didn't find my chicken quesadilla so I went back, they gave me another one. When I got back home did find my original one on the bottom of the bag. I'm sorry I appreciate it.

Everyone there are so polite. The food was delicious and Jim the cashier came by several times to see if we needed anything.

I haven't always been a fan of Taco Bell, but this establishment has been a pleasure to visit. The restaurant is immaculate, the employees really seem to enjoy working there and the food is good enough to change my previous opinion of Taco Bell.

The older gentleman who usually staffs the lobby is super nice and helpful!

Great service, friend staff, only issue was a couple items were missed.
