20/10 love this office! Between the front office ladies, hygienists and Dr. Frost - truly the best! I sent my family to their Leavenworth office and they love the team as much as I do. They are always able to answer my questions (even the ones I feel are silly) and make me feel comfortable! <3

Dr Mike is our family dentist for decades . He is thorough and highly qualified. Staff is always very efficient and friendly. Office is spotless. Appointments rarely go beyond what is projected. Highly recommend him and his staff for families and individuals.

I have loved going to Briarcliff dental for the last five years. Dr. Arnett is very friendly and knows all his patience by name. The hygienists are very attentive and friendly. And the front desk is always super kind and friendly.

This is my third year at Briarcliff dental and I’ve never had an issue. Doctor Arnett is always really nice and attentive to any concerns and I’ve had a few different hygienists here, all of which were great. Never need to look for another dental office.

Everyone has been great! The people who call with the appointment reminder, the front desk, and of course, the folks working on my teeth. Very professional, but still create a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
I was in a bit of a rush out the door after my last visit but the front desk still did not let me get away with out a “Have a nice day Jason!”

My husband & I are new to Dr Arnett’s practice. We could not have been more pleased. The front office staff was great & both hygienist were outstanding. The office offers the newest of technologies which is definitely the cherry on top. Dr Arnett is very personable & competent.
We had been with our previous provider for 38y…transitioning wasn’t easy but OMG…what a soft landing we made.

I’ve always felt welcomed and treated like an old friend at Briarcliff Dental. Dr. Arnett is a great listener and has perfect bedside manors. The Dental Hygienists have always been top notch taking extra care to connect with their patients and make them feel comfortable. No matter where in KC I’ve lived, I have never changed my dentist after finding this group of fine care professionals.

Been going through a lot with my teeth. Had 3 major surgeries on my jaw. Got my new dentures had problem with them and doctor Arnett fixed it ASAP. He is a caring awesome dentist.

Well organized, very efficient! Dr Arnett does not waste our time like do many do. They helped me form an attack plan to resolve my dental issues that works w my schedule, surance, and my finances! Too bad all Doctors are not this transparent with their billing practices, they all need to be schooled by Dr Arnett!!!

My first visit with BriarCliff Dental, I had Dr. Frost and he was so accommodating, it’s always uncomfortable knowing you have a tooth that needs TLC, it could be quite uncomfortable, I went in thanking I was going to get a crown, and my tooth was broken with a crack so deep we had to do an extraction. He made me feel so comfortable, his dental assistant worked so well with him they made one heck of a team. I was never luncomfortable I never felt any pain. I would recommend this practitioner anyone whom gets anxious when it comes to dental work! Great team work! Thank you Dr. Frost

I had not been to the dentist for over 3 years. Had a dental emergency and Briarcliff Dental was able get me an appointment within 3 days. Dr Arnette was very thorough, explained the treatment in detail prioritizing based on urgency. They were also able to get me in for dental cleaning the same day with Lilya who was amazing.
