This is the peak of customer service and quality product selection. I have shopped online with Rogers a few times now and every time it is delivered fast and always a good deal. The Rogers products themselves are great quality too. Shout out to Sean at their customer service, he was a huge help to answer questions and help with getting what I needed done.

I ordered some sandhill crane decoys on a Thursday and they were at my house on Saturday! That's fast shipping. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I had previously given Rogers an unfair review and jumped to conclusions based on my previous experiences with other company’s and when I was on the phone and I thought I was going to get the same old song and dance. I couldn’t of been more wrong. Customer service went above and beyond for me after I really didn’t deserve it because I pretty much threw a fit like a child lol. Derek was fantastic and got my situation handled with my leaky waders in just a few days. Rogers has definitely earned a customer for life in me and i won’t forget how good they were to me when I didn’t deserve it at all, again thank you so much!

Just take my money before I even walk through the door. This place has everything you need if you spend any time outdoors. Waterfowl weekend gets better every year, so stop by in August and check out some of the vendor booths!

I had ordered a custom browning safe from Rodgers years ago, great customer service. Ordered ammo online recently and still great customer service!

I went in hoping to get some advice on my first arrow fletching attempt and to tune my bow. The guy that helped was absolutely amazing! He answered all my questions, taught me new things about fletching, and worked until we got my bow perfect! It took us right up to close and he never got in a rush to just get me out. I really appreciate the service I receive and I won’t be taking my archery business anywhere else!!

Purchase online often. When I get to stop at the store, it's a must stop for us. Bought some decoys and they matched the flyer price so was very happy.

Best hunting/fishing store in the KC area. Prices continue to beat most of the big box stores and the staff is not only eager to help but knowledgeable about what you might need for hunting/fishing.

I recently received a toughman xl blind as a gift. While setting it up I noticed one of the support poles split. I called and asked if they could replace the pole, and I just received a new pole, less than a week. Great customer service, THANKS STEVE. Looking forward to my hunt. Love this store! I'm glad I don't live in Liberty, or I'd be broke! I'm an avid bass angler, and they carry a lot of stuff that Bass Pro doesn't that I usually have to order online. I stop in whenever I'm in the area. Tons of camping and hunting stuff as well.
