Crowley Furniture & Mattress

We recently visited the Crowley Furniture Store in Liberty. We were greeted by Jessica and were very pleased with her knowledge of the different brands of Furniture. She was extremely helpful. We purchased several items. The Furniture was delivered by Jordan and Tyree. They did an awesome job of placing the Furniture where we wanted. They were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend Crowley Furniture!

Excellent service! We were greeted immediately by Sandy who gave great info on what we were looking for with no hard sales. She offered many options and suggestions. Update 5/2/23: We chose to have a designer come to the house and help us with design ideas and choosing what we wanted. She got back to us in less than a week to make an appointment to come to the store and give us her ideas. It made the whole furniture shopping experience so much easier. We got 2 different deliveries of furniture and the delivery guys were great! They were so respectful of our home, they protected doorways, walls and carpet. They made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted it and what we expected. We did have 2 minor issues with our furniture after delivery and Nicole, in customer service was great. She got everything taken care of with no fuss and quickly.

Earlier this week, my husband and I went to Crowley furniture and we had the best experience! John was the sales associate that helped us. We told him what we were looking for and he was so helpful. He was knowledgeable of all of the brands and was helpful but not pushy. We ended up purchasing several pieces of furniture from there and I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Jessica Keil was very helpful. Her knowledge, professionalism, and graciousness was very impressive.
My dad was a small business owner and he taught me to always try and do business with companies that are locally owned by families who live in the community. That is how we keep our metropolitan area thriving.

We were immediately greeted & welcomed in to the store yesterday. Our sales person, Susanne, was a huge help. She listened to our needs (2 recliners & possibly a rug) & set about showing us specific styles & fabric. Great service-thank you Susanne & to everyone that helped!!

This was my first purchase with Crowley and was relatively small, a metal bed frame. In the store, the sales person was friendly, helpful, and I didn't feel pressured.

The frame wasn't at their store so I was given the option to pick it up from their warehouse or have it delivered free. I chose delivery on a day of my choosing. The delivery was went smoothly by a courteous employee.

I am someone who can identify with their commercials! My mom purchased a mattress from them when she moved, and I just happen to be there visiting the day it was delivered. I’ve had lifelong back problems, and she was like “go lay on that mattress”

Went over, spent about 60 seconds on it before my entire body felt this huge pressure of relief, so much so that I didn’t want to get up. A few days later I contacted Laura, from Crowley who also helped my mom and told her I was specifically looking for Stearns and Foster Lux pillow top. And I would be coming to see her soon. Here is a piece of the email my mom sent me after I left that day because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. And if it was the right decision.

“Yes, It's a big investment but it's a lifetime investment and you will use it everyday and actually get a good night's sleep! It has a nice long warranty but if you take care of it should last you at least 25-30 yrs. My last one lasted me 28 yrs plus!! Hope this helps!

Sandy assisted us through the always painful process of making decisions regarding what we wanted and were looking for. Start here. We did and after several other stores found our way back to Crowley's.

I purchased a bar stool and a couch. Sandy helped me. So very very kind. Have not got couch yet . Stool is too tall but I have 7days to select another. Wonderful store, wonderful staff.

Candice was very easy to work with! No pressure she was just there to help! Crowley carries a very nice line of furniture!

Sandy was so good at helping us figure out what we needed. She was patient, very knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious she has years of experience.

Prompt service in store . Placed order and delivery time was only a few days out.

We had a great experience shopping for furniture at Crowley. The salesperson Sunell Koerner gave us great customer service trying to help us find what we wanted. The store was clean, very well laid out with room to move around and look at all the different options. Thank you Crowley for a great experience, we will see you again soon.

Greg, Beth & Laura Crowley have really done an outstanding job showcasing todays top home furnishings designs. Located in the Liberty Triangle, this store is always a stop while I am in the area. There is always something new to see and a friendly sales team to assist with any questions. Locally owned and they support veterans.

Recently bought a new couch, recliner and dining room table from Crowley. After a couple months I can tell this furniture is made from true quality.

We bought a livingroom set and bed from Crowleys and Sunell was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the features and options that came with all the different brands and styles. Would definitely shop there again.

Sales person was excellent and very patient while I decided. Delivery was seamless and the chair is quite nice and color matched to my other.

AMAZING!!! The staff helps you every step of the way from the moment you step in the door, until your pieces arrive at your home and everything is assembled! Love the customization options, it really helped us end up with a piece we LOVE and didn’t have to compromise on!

Was shopping for a recliner, adjustable bed, and mattress. First checked out Crowley’s website and found the recliner that had all the functions we wanted and we could check it out at the Liberty showroom. With Daniel’s help, bought the recliner, and with the perfect 30 mattress selection, it didn’t take long to pick out the perfect mattress and adjustable bed.

We had such a great experience throughout the whole buying process. Getting to the store right when it opened ensured that our sales person John had our full attention. After discussing our needs, he was able to direct us to several pieces for us to decide upon. We left with measurements and intentions of seeing the fit within our home. It was a simple process to call him and buy the right piece and setup delivery without making another trip to the store.

The delivery guys were prompt, within the time window and courteous in the setup of our new sectional. The whole buying experience was great!
