These guys are top notch, hands down! We had an issue with our brakes (thanks to Corwin Ford and their lies) and I began researching local mechanics. I really liked Marcos Automotive's reviews and decided to give them a few calls. Both employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and kind. Once I booked an appointment, everything else was smooth like butter.

The wait time was not bad and the mechanics were thorough when they went over pricing and when the discussing the car's issues. The mechanics were also knowledgeable and friendly. The same goes for the secretary. She was easy to talk to and she knows her stuff. Two big thumbs up to everyone at Marcos! We will definitely bring our vehicles back here. Glad to find some good mechanics for once who enjoy their job and treat their customers right.

I used Marco initially for a sports car that needed a new transmission. They explained the cost and procedure.while I did not get it fixed, I appreciated their honesty and friendliness. I next brought a couple of cars for inspections.

My Xterra then needed work and they were able to fix an anomaly that required them the flush the system several times without changing me extra. I have had several vehicles serviced with them in preparation for moving to another state and they have done an excellent job every time.

Robert knows a tremendous amount about cars and explains it to me thoroughly. He is kind and joyful. I appreciate them and continue to give them my business.

In the sea of auto shops Marco Automotive is a great find for your automotive needs. Garrett was the technician that diagnosed, recommended repairs and did the work on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, professional also met the expectations and our needs when repairing our vehicle. I would recommend Marco to anyone who is looking for a shop and don’t know where to go.

A front brake froze and when I gfot the car to Marcos the brake was hot and smoking. The car was ready the next day and the price was very reasonable.

I used this shop a few years ago when my 89 Town car wouldn't run correctly. The car seemed to misfire when it was cold and nothing would cure it. The engine was literally just replaced with new parts including sensors. The owner of this shop just so happened to be a teacher of mine from OTC. Since myself and nobody else I knew could figure out what the issue was I took it here. They swapped the ECU out (which most people don't consider for this condition) and that cured the issue. The car worked like new again. They definitely went above and beyond checking all systems and wires. They took the time to trace my issues back to the ECU when it could have been 1000 different things in the engine. They are worth the time and money. I would recommend this shop for sure.

We were in town from Texas for a reunion when the water pump went out on our truck Saturday night. He met the owner when he stopped by the shop on Sunday and told him to bring it over Monday am. We were just close enough we didn't need a tow. So Monday am truck went in, water pump, the battery was discovered to be not holding a charge (6 yrs old so we knew it was time) and a belt was replaced, too. We appreciated the excellent service, quality of work and fair prices. We felt blessed to not have broke down during our 7.5 hour trip to Springfield and confident on our trip home we would have no mechanical issues. Thank you and we highly recommend Marco Automotive!

I have taken my Vehicle and my kid's vehicles here for service and repair. The owner is straightforward and honest. No surprises on the final bill. Quality work I can trust.

I have been using Marco's for several years now. They have always provided me with good service at a price if felt was reasonable. They were really busy a few months ago so I took my car to a "reputable" national chain shop. They gave me an outlandish price, and a list of other things they said needed to be fixed. I decided to wait for Marco's. The other shops diagnoses was wrong so I would have paid $900 for nothing. Marcos took the time to determine it was tire issue. Got the tire replaced and problem solved. Marco's is the only place I will take my vehicles.

Highly recommend you have them at least confirm what you need fixed next time you need a mechanic. Even if you need to do it yourself it's well worth it to find a trusted mechanic to help confirm what needs to be done. They also have hours that allow you to drop off or pickup even if you have a real job.
