Purchased a battery for a custom build from LeClare on Ebay. The bike was having exhaust work done and by the time I got it back to test fit and see that it didn't fit within the space I had, it was past the return period. Dale was super friendly and extremely responsive. We worked together to find a solution that worked and I am more than happy. Would buy from them again without hesitation.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect axles for my Gator. Leclarepowersports went WAY above what anyone could have expected of a business. They were supportive way beyond expectations and I ended up with the correct axles in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I ordered a top end kit from this company I received it and the cylinder was just thrown in the box everything had looked to be opened at one point the gaskets were placed in the box bent. Story short it was the wrong kit I got with customer and sent back and only refunded me half of what I paid for this kit and was told it was because of how it was packaged I put everything just how I received it right back. Do not do business with this company as they will lie just to keep your money.

This is not a real store, they have no inventory. They drop ship everything and act like it's not their problem when their drop shipper messes up. Terrible customer service. Messed up trying to save 10 bucks by ordering through them and definitely lost more than 10 bucks between my time and gas shipping them back,and I still don't have tires. Literally just paid 10 bucks for a headache.

Bought a clutch lever on ebay, Fedex delivered to wrong house and was unable to get it back, seller opened a claim with no description so claim was denied, I spent 3 weeks dealing with fedex and got claim overturned and refund from fedex was sent to seller. Now seller says claim is still denied, I sent him proof that it was reversed and refund was sent, Now seller wont respond and i have not gotten a refund.
If you are in need of anything, I would stay away from this seller at all cost.

I think this may be an eBay Scam seller. Got multiple requests to pay again on an item iI tried to buy. There phone system doesn't work and has options for ebay purchase problems... but none of those phone options works. Can Not reach them. Map-quested their address and no business or business sign for LeClare Powersports in sight on street view...... Sure seems sketchy to me.

Something really fishy about this place, one address says Springfield Mo, nothing there, drove to the address, Ebay store says Doniphan Mo. other side of the state, not a motorcycle shop at that address, it's a dress shop, called and confirmed, Sent them an message via ebay got a return said everything is automated can't respond. Their Ebay ad says their a small town family owned motorcycle shop, in reality there a scammer

seller lists plow mounts on ebay ok cool. make an offer is listed so i made an offer and got a counter offer for .75 less than listed price why even have make an offer if you wont be reasonable. ok fine made another offer they let it expire so one final try and all of a sudden all three were sold out i dont buy it that they sold three brackets in 3 days for a 15 year old machine. great business practice

Terrible customer service! I have tried unsuccessfully to contact through Walmart platform for almost a week now. No answer on customer service number goes straight to a message telling you to email so they can not answer you there!

purchased a tires to eBay for my motorcycle with them the tire came split when Honda put it on said it was dangerous... Do not buy from these people warning...
