Great place! The lady that owns the place is extremely nice! I wanted to get the small dozen, but they were out of the small donuts, so I ordered the large dozen and she gave me 5 extra donuts. Then she offered to give my kids a donut to eat for the road. I only paid for the large dozen, but left with more donuts and happy kids. They were delicious!

We tried The Donut Palace for the first time this week. We're new to Buffalo so trying places here in town. The donuts were fabulous. They were fresh and warm. The staff was very friendly. They even threw in some donut holes for us to try for free! They were phenomenal. I would highly recomend this establishment! I will be a repeat customer! Thank you for making and serving such great donuts!

We strive to make everyone happy. I know we sell out alot but believe me he can only work so many hours during the day to make what we do. And his day starts at 2 am and we open at 5 am and close at 1pm. If there's something you are wanting and afraid were gonna sell out call us we will hold for you... 😃
