Kayla is one of the sweetest girls that I have the pleasure of dealing with every Friday when I cash my check she knows me by name I never have to worry about what's going on she's on top of her day and job at all times

The teller kept me 30 minutes trying to deposit a check into my business account. She said she had to verify funds when I told her that wasn’t necessary. Very frustrated. Tellers name was Diane at Buffalo

The loan officer will not call you back about a loan its been three days now not at this branch or the one in Springfield.i was thinking a smal bank better service but how i was wrong and the high reviews they got. Will thats what i get for trusting every one that post them.
