Tim Quitmeyer was awesome. Communicated his time of arrival. Found the issue quickly. Explained the reasoning for the issue. Very professional and easy to talk with. People need to learn the difference between their warranty company being the problem and the contractor before given bad reviews. Now I am going to go enjoy my hot tub. Thanks Tim.

I recently bought a Nest Hello and chose the pro installation. TAQ Electric Service was assigned to my house. Tim called before arriving and once he arrived, installed the doorbell, ensured it was working, and was done easily in under 30 minutes. There was a little extra work that had to be done to install the doorbell but the price was incredibly fair. Based on this experience alone, I'd highly recommend TAQ Electrical Service.

The worst experience ever. The technician came over after being assigned to my home warranty after quickly saying his name he demanded the service fee. Taken back by his lack of customer service and common courtesy. I was shocked and said technicians usually ask what the problem is first then assess the situation then the service fee is paid. I should have known this is a shade tree business. He pulled up without any indication as to what business he works for on his vehicle. He didn't have any tools in his hand and before he called he stated that they only accept cash, cash app and venmo. Who doesn't accept card payments? A shady business. Do not waste your time on this horrible business.

This company was assigned to my home for electrical repair. I tried reaching out to them by phone to confirm the appointment and the fact they only except cash payments. I was unable to get anybody on the phone I called three days straight and no answer. I left four VM and still no reply. I don't want their service it's a red flag for me .

Worst service ever!!! Tim is the most unpleasant,unprofessional & unethical technician I ever dealt with!!!
Let start that he couldn't fix my issues(electrical & 2 of my ceiling fan)every time he came with a new exssius why he can't fix the issue or if it was "fixed", why my fan still making a tractor noises like it's about to explode!!!
Btw, he has the same respond for all his unhappy customers, you may want to ask yourself why rate is 2.6???

The tech couldn’t be bothered to wait 15 minutes while I had someone on the way to let them into my house even after I told him I’m fine with paying wait time. No call or text. Just left.

Responding to your response. When I called I repeated back asking it was going to be about an hour? and you said an hour or a little less. You showed up 20 minutes later while I had someone in route so I said I would pay wait time and you left without notice within 5 minutes of someone being there. (If you even waited at all) I get other people are scheduled, but let’s be real YOU offered wait time at $200 an hour which I agreed to and still left without notice. Then try to get me to reschedule with you directly which I’m sure you know is higher than going through the home warranty system. Absolutely unprofessional.

Also “Missed two service windows” it was 11:20 when someone was at my house my service window started at 11. Let’s keep it transparent. Go ahead and spin it all you want.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty, worst customer service. The guy that answered the phone did not even let me finish my sentence before he said they weren’t doing any warranty work. Horrible experience!

I was assigned this company by our home warranty. He came out for less than half an hour and told us to schedule an appointment. He took our $100 claim money and has not returned two phone calls. When I finally got a hold of him, he yelled at me and hung on me when I pushed him to schedule us an appointment. He is refusing to refund our $100 claim money so we can schedule with a more available company.
