I'm impressed with the employees. They are very nice. It's a small office, but they seem to serve the customers effectively.

I always expect to be haggled and have a horrible wait time but I got in and out so fast when I had to go here. The staff was so kind even though there was a lady in line in front of me that was being hateful to the staff.

Small office in Buffalo with 2 clerks. The wait was between 5 and 10 minutes. Paper processing was was smooth and efficient.

Quick, efficient and satisfying. These ladies are the best. I was in and out in ten minutes. I do not live in Buffalo but drive here every year for my DOR needs. I wish my town’s office was this good.

It was very busy, atleast 25people lined up inside & outside both. It was close to quitting time when I was done & they weren't stopping anyone from getting their business done, nor were they rude about the people who had got there soo late. It was a very pleasant experience, not sure other people would have stayed late!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The office in my hometown is not nearly as fast or knowledgeable as buffalo is so it's worth me driving 30 minutes to see the buffalo office!

GOOGLE MAPS TAKES YOU TO THE WRONG LOCATION. IT IS LOCATED SOUTH OF THE 65/32 JUNCTION, ON THE EAST SIDE OF 65 HWY BEFORE GETTING TO TRUMAN STREET. NICE SMALL DMV, NOT VERY BUSY.

You generally always get thru there quickly. Everyone is very helpful and nice.
