Every single person in this establishment has been wonderful to me and my two boys. I’ve been to countless vets around the country and this hidden gem in Salem is top notch. The vet takes his time to explain and listen and all of the vet techs do the same. I’m so grateful for all the wonderful people here!

My first time I've taken a pet here ,my dog was in bad shape due to no other veteran knowing what was wrong with him, grasping for straws for help for him I called and they made it possible to bring him in ,and Dr. Ouzts knew what this rare condition was and treated him I was amazed by the knowledge of the doctor and of all of his wonderful helpful staff I will be taking all of my animals there from now on ,I highly recommend Dent county veteran Dr. Ouzts !

I can say that DR. Oouts and his nurse Linda are one of the best people when it comes to animals, They are very explainable and will walk you through everything when you get a new medication or how did your pet get sick or hurt. Dr. Oouts is AMAZING! If dent county did not have him there would be a lot of sick criders and I can safely say that they are WAY WAY WAY Better than Ozark clinic near Walmart. Nurse Linda, she is also a true hearted person she will explain everything you need to know and will also offer tips and she will answer all questions and I can say that I have never had this experience before at another vet clinic here in Dent County. Dr. Oouts, if you are reading this. I want to say THANK YOU For all that you do and I don't think that Dent County would be the same if you left! Your one amazing Dr. and everyone who works there is truly amazing! - Thank you again for your endless love and support to our pets'.

Dent County Vet Clinic has always treated my dog and myself amazingly. The new vet that took over is very knowledgeable and informative, and their prices are reasonable. The remodeled office and facility is spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely keep going back, it's worth the drive.

First of all Doc Time and staff are great! Yesterday I had to have my 14+ yr old fur baby dog helped to Rainbow Bridge.. everyone was so compassionate and so respectful of our situation..I would definitely recommend them to treat your animals too.

We have a new vet in this establishment Doc Tune retired, then came out of retirement and open another clinic. We had already started with the new vet, Doc Kyle Ouzts and are very very pleased with him. So are my dog and cat. He is very personable with pets and people. Here is Bruiser yesterday, he's only seen vet one other time to get neutered and look where he is for this appt. Took him out of carriet and he jumped up on examining table waiting! Unreal! Then during his examination he never even flinched, tried to fight or objet to anything the vet was doing! He also has high tech machines too, like his xray machine. You need a vet? This is the one to call to trust your animals health with.

Took Bru back for a check up on his leg after surgery. He was one day away from getting cone off and going back outside. Surgery spot was healing/healed up almost and next day spot had opened up..no out side, cone back on
In one WK spot had opened up big so back to vet. Now we are all baffled..labs with no neg results so still? Dr. Outz is consulting with a specialist with this most unusual problem.
After surgery the Dr and his wife called us on a reg basis to see how Bru was doing and that says a lot about their professionalism and the compassion they have for their clients and families. Our furbabies are family and knowing that the place you take them for care also treats them like family also means so much.
As you can see he is not a happy cat with that cone on!!

We were camping nearby and had an issue with our lab and needed a quick visit. They were very accommodating and got us in the same day and were very reasonable on the price. Thanks for all the help today!

Thank you for helping us find out why my Lucy, 6 month old lab, had been sick 5 days. She ended up having Parvo, due to the quick responses and actions she now a survivor!!! She is a fighter for sure and if Parvo was going to take her .. it had one chance on days 2 and 3 over the weekend 😇🥰

I love the Doctor and the staff. They take time to understand the situations and take great care of our pets. Highly recommend!

Great people and were very caring when I had to put my pup down. They were also the only people who could get me in same day when everyone else was way over a week out and my pup couldn’t go that long.

This Vet is AMAZING. My dog was shot and no one else would touch her. Doctor Tune saved her when no one else would even try. Will recommend this place to everyone. Danielle and Bailey are AWESOME!!

Best vet around. He knows his stuff. And the new nurse that was working this evening thank you so much for taking a little time to play with our fur baby and make her cheer back up after getting poked on. It means the world when they treat your babies like their own.

Dr. Tune has been at this a long, long time. He and his staff were extremely kind to me when I had to put down my beloved Chester. He knows his stuff

Always friendly and knowledgeable Shadow loved being in the kennel there. It always makes it easier to board them where they enjoy being instead of someplace that you have to force to go to...

I brought my puppy in because I thought he ate something bad but the vet was able to diagnose him with a viral infection that was most likely parvo and we were able to get him medicated in time and now he's back to his happy-go-lucky self. Would recommend

Dr. Tune is very Knowledgeable and he takes time to explain what's wrong with your pet. He doesn't charge alot for his services. Dent County Veterinary Clinic , in my opinion is the best vet in Salem.

Excellent new Veterinarian Ouzts. Knew his stuff and thoroughly checked out our 2 Cocker Spaniels. Very highly recommend
