Crossroads Inn & Suites

Its always nice to have a place that you can stay at while you are away from home that you now is Clean, Affordable and very comfortable. 25ish min from Montauk State Park is not a bad drive. We stayed in room 201 and had enough space for 4 men to have their own place to sleep. 3 queen beds and a futon. Breakfast was a good bonus too. We will definitely stay again if we cant get a cabin in the park.

This is one of the most cleanest, and the ladies and gentlemen I have had the pleasure of meeting are amazing they always help me with anything I've asked, they make sure my stay is amazing and relaxing, the kitchen lady is wonderful she has got me anything I've needed or asked if I needed anything else, the cleaning ladies I love them dearly they are older ladies that work their butts off to make sure people's stay is to their likings. Guess what I'm trying to say is, this is the best place to stay and I'll be back without a doubt and I think anyone passing through should consider this place, you won't regret it promise that. Beautiful gem hidden in Salem, MO! Beaitiful, clean rooms, firm beds, super clean morning breakfast buffet (as pictured). Loved the pool and jacuzzi! We will be back!

Our stay at the Crossroads Inn in Salem was perfect. Beds were comfortable, breakfast food was delicious, the entire facility was spotless. Quiet at night. Easy central location. Hot tub and pool were clean and right temperature. Staff was always available and was courteous, prompt, and professional. Will definitely stay here again.

We had such a nice stay at Crossroads! The room was spacious and comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean. The staff - front desk, breakfast and housekeeping - were all helpful and friendly. The ladies in charge of breakfast do an amazing job. Anyone who leaves hungry didn't take advantage of the delicious food that was available. The hot food was hot, the cold food was cold, and the dining area was clean. We've stayed at many hotels whose management and employees could learn a thing or two from this place. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We used this as a good base for some day trips in the area. It was a non-branded hotel and I just didn't know what to expect. But we didn't want to mess with camping.

I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was immaculate. I've traveled a lot of places around the world, and for a hotel that's about the same level as a three star hotel, it's the cleanest I've ever seen! I can tell they are really trying to manage upkeep and the housekeeping staff should be applauded.

As far as a breakfast, it was definitely a cut above the average or above average for a free continental breakfast.

The ownership and management should be proud. What a great small town gem.

It was about 15 minutes from a canoe rental on the Current river, 1 hour from the meramac, and less than an hour from Johnson shut-ins and Elephant Rocks. It's within walking distance of a Mexican restaurant and a pizza place. Centrally located.

Great hotel. I stay in a lot of different places for work and this is one of the best, cleanest hotels. Check in was easy. Room very clean and nothing wrong at all. Recommend 100% if your staying in Salem.

Clean, well kept and semi-modern hotel with reasonable prices despite not being owned by one of the large hotel chains. Centrally located in Salem, staff is friendly and there is a nice cat that lives outside.

We were in the area for a float trip and had a pleasant stay. I can't say enough about the two ladies (Kathy and Abby) at the front desk as they were extremely kind and helpful. The lobby, rooms, and grounds are well kept and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They also offer a nice continental breakfast.
The only suggestion we have would be to address the air (or carpet) freshener smell in the lobby and hall. It was a bit too strong. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Crossroads Inn and Suites to anyone looking for lodging in or around Salem, MO. Thank you so very much. We hope to return soon.

The rooms were very nice. Service was great. And the breakfast was the best continental breakfast ive had at a hotel. I travel often for work and have stayed at all kinds of places. This is my new favorite

This place is amazing!! Super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, super clean. Was fully packed and everyone was super friendly, helpful and nice. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Our little family stayed here last night. The lady who checked us in was amazing and the hotel was great, clean service was amazing. It's good to come to a great hotel after being on a semi for a couple days. Also she recommended a couple places to eat. We eat at thw pizza place were it wwasa walking distance. 5 stars 🌟 for sure.

Five years and always clean room quiet location and super friendly staff. As good a sleep or better as any hotel we've stayed.

Many of our family members stayed here while attending the wedding of a granddaughter. We were all SO impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the helpfulness and kindness of everyone! They bent over backwards for us and we will definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area in the future. The breakfast was superb also! Thank you Kathy and Katie and all your staff for making our visit so wonderful!

Very nice place. Walking in I was greeted with a very pleasant "clean" smell.
Holly was very friendly and courteous, made us feel right at home. All other staff was exceptional as well. All through the building including our room it smelled very fresh. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Definitely recommend.

Update:08-07-22 stayed here again and it was just as good as the first time!
They really do a pretty good breakfast with a good variety hot food included.

Great place to stay. Very very clean, from the lobby to the room, and the staff were amazing!! The breakfast was fantastic, bacon, sauage, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Able to visit with our family without worrying about we're we were staying. Thank you.

We stay here every year for our float trip. People are super friendly the rooms are always clean and the pool has always been a favorite for the kids. The breakfast in the morning is one of the better ones. Lots to choose from.
