McDonald's

The store manager over heard us talking about how long our drive home was and my all 4 of my girls little happy meal gift baskets to help make the drive more entertaining. Very cool and I wanted to make sure that customer service didn't go unrecognized!

Everybody extremely helpfull. Quality great. Clean and quiet.

Just want to make a comment on the McDonald’s in Salem. My family was checked on multiple times; and I watched the people in the kitchen and they were consistently changing their gloves. Very impressed with this fast food restaurant. I recommend this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work! I was there 02/20/22 around 12:30pm. These workers deserve little bonus or something!!

It's always a good experience when I eat here. I've never had any trouble. They're fast getting my order out and I don't think I've once had anything missing from my order.

I forgot to get any pictures the my experience was great..they're having a special right now... get a McDouble and a small fry for $2 so I went in there and I got three specials had him put to two special in one bag one special in another bag so he can get his at work and then I would go home with mine..and I did not want to wait in that long line both of them long so I just parked outside in the parking spot when inside nobody else was in their.. gave them my order everything was finished and good time and I left. But best part of the whole thing was the fries were so hot they burn my fingers when I took him out of the bag!

Always professional and just love the app. The food is good and fresh.

When you download Mc Donald's app in my opinion you become a VIP you get lots of great deals like buy one get one free, or 20% off your order and it doesn't stop their you get great deals both at the restaurant and when you order on line all you do is give them the code that comes with your reward and place your order they even call you by name how friendly is that not to mention very friendly service and speedy orders I'm LOVING IT!!

There blueberry cream pies are top shelf. Wow I was stunned about how great these were. I sure hope they hang around.

Its McDonald's. Think what you want about it. Yes, its not the healthiest but if you're going to leave a review it needs to be about your experience there and quality of the food.. My order is almost always right and the staff are very friendly.. I never have a problem when I go in drive through or use the mobile app for curb side pick up

Tonite I went & asked for Robin becouse I always have her make my food but tonight she was busy the crew set up & didn't mess up my order like normal Robin is a great manager she always fix things for me so she got the crew straighten out working good food was great tonight so hats off to Robin she a great manger we need more managers like her thanks Robins for runing a great team

Was there for Oak Hill R-1 cookie night. The kids were helpful and seem to be enjoying themselves. I had dinner there because part of the sales went to the school. I thought it was a good fundraiser.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in 35 yrs. Extremely Clean and Extremely nice employees. New Technology to place order yourself. Just all around great experience.

I go to this McDonald's often and I have to give a special shout out to Sandy! She is always VERY friendly and helpful. She remembers me every time I come in. Great customer service!

Used my points to get a free quarter pounder they had me pull aside to wait, waited for 7 min the girl who brought my food apologized which was fine. They even gave me free fries 🍟 for the wait thanks mcds!

Always fast, always get what you order.

Very fast service. Fries were fresh, nuggets were fresh, and the burgers weren't squished or lopsided ect. Have to say, that was the best Mc Donalds I have been to!

I ordered from the app so didn't go in, but the service was quick and the guy was very friendly

I love coming here just fir one reason there is this one sexy hunk of man name Ashton and as long as he is there McDonald's can keep taking my money

They were fast and got the order right. During the day it's an okay place....at night done even bother.
