The hotel stay was great for me as I am not picky At all the magnet lady who rented our room to us she was really kind really sweet customer service was great they made sure our room was freshened and came in make sure we had plenty of towels and toilet paper and room smells fresh when I come back thru here will definitely be coming back to this hotel if you don’t mind a small town of buffalo mo and a nice hotel and is not picky but great full I recommend ppl to stay here but my stay was great I loved it ! And prices of my stay in the room was great ! Thank you to the hotel staff that is so friendly and all that you do !!

Neat and clean hometown hotel. Excellent on all levels. Would recommend highly very clean and tidy.

Great place and great people..

The place is clean, but suffering from disrepair. I had difficulty understanding the person who rented the room to me.
We lost light in our bathroom half way through the night due to a faulty wall switch. Did not bother to contact anyone as we were tired.
The battery in the smoke detector was missing, and while there was a fridge and microwave in the room, the ground prong had been removed from the the microwave, and we had to relocate the microwave to use it.
The king size pillow top mattress was comfortable, and I found no sign of bed bugs. So if you want a cheap room in Buffalo MO, they aren't all bad.

It was ok the only friendly staff member was the house keeper.

If you are thinking about staying here, you should seriously reconsider.

Honestly, I would not let my parents stay there when the came to visit. On the plus side, it’s in a great location and I’ve generally had pleasant interactions with the ownership. My problem with this place is that it appears very much in disrepair. The rooms need serious updates and a remodel.

At this point I can’t recommend staying there. I don’t like giving bad reviews on places in Buffalo, but I will check back when I see improvement and hopefully give them a higher review.

Update: went back a week ago and looked around. Honestly, it’s got worse. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

It should tell you something that there are 9 reviews for this place and it has like a 2.9 average. It’s a dump and needs a serious renovation.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Tub not sealed. One set of towels. No sanitizer. No shampoo. No conditioner. You hear the next door TV. Carpet is so old looks like my grandmother's yard carpet. A 19 virus-infected building..
The Board of Health should have never allowed this place to open up.

This place is bed bug infested! I had to keep switching rooms because twice I pulled bedbugs off of me! They acted like it was my fault! I would of left sooner, but every hotel in Bolivar and Springfield was booked! Here's pics as proof!

Tried to get registered for a room was insulted and called a liar. They were very rude and disrespectful. Had to give it 1 star to post. But worst place I've ever tried to stay

Not very happy, I woke up I in the middle of the night and found a bed bug on me couldn't understand the owner there was a mirror in the closet not very suitable. Other then the price was cheaper then most place.

there are roaches, bed is like laying on the pavement, bathroom has toilet coming out floor and water damaged walls..keep going to another place ..like your car and save money
