That same taste I've always loved. Just like I've remember. Love it.

Service is always fast and friendly. Food is hot. Sometimes the order gets messed up but, that's a small price to pay with so many positive attributes.

Ms.Lashae was my host she took my order at 12:29am 1/12/23 i got my food at 12:33 am very fast service. speaking of service she has great costumer service as a fellow manager from sns i know 3rd shift not the best but she kept a up beat attitude the whole way. she even gave me mayo in a cup because they were out of packets !! the drive thur window was open and i heard her making sure my burger was dress correctly she got the sauce frl ! i will return again especially since im vegetarian and i get off late night thanks Ms. Lashae !

The staff is outstanding. They are professional and very helpful. They are the best in the north county area. If you get a chance stop by and you will see what I am talking about. They are always willing to serve the public. I want to publicly thank each and everyone at this branch. In my opinion, they are at the top of their game . If you love the library ,like I do, you will love the Jamestown branch.

I was just there this evening and my fries were hot, my junior whopper was fresh and saucy the way I like it, my soda had no ice just the way I ordered it. I also ordered a Hershey pie. It was cold not frozen. My overall experience was good. One of the best fast food experiences I have had in a ling time. I would give this experience a 10++++++ if I could.

FOR MANY VISITS: This store IS the best overall fast food establishment in North Saint Louis (my opinion). They are not always going to be lightning-fast... that is not their forte... their grip is in the VALUE overall. The order is always right, and always GREAT. Since COVID... many different directions were taken by various establishments in order to adapt. Frankly, having managed fast-food myself, this BK has the "winning-approach". I refer to what I call "no-nonsense service". It means these folks are not going to try to dazzle you with un-genuine corporate scripting tactics or fake smiles... and they are NOT gonna put up with any B.S. ... however, if you just want good food that is worth the money... these folks RUN THAT GAME better than anyone. Don't give 'em lip, they'll dish it right back... (and I LOVE EM for that!!!). Treat these folks right, they will give ample reason to come back AGAIN and AGAIN. (this review covers probably fifty or sixy visits over the last six years if not more). Burger KING near the highway of KINGS is the fast-food KING!!! 5-stars! I love you all at this location!!!!!!

So I went on the inside of the store this time around and the service was horrible, I counter person was sitting in the dining room was her a portable radio playing the whole time she played her music loudly while she toke my order, oblivious to what was going on......and the food was cold.

I used drive thru the food was wonderful and service.

I love visiting this Burger King when I'm in St.Louis, which isn't often. The beautiful Teyonna is such a delight at the drive-thru! She remembered me on my second visit after months past from my first one. In window #2 Krissy is another gem to the franchise. She also remembered me. Wow! I'm impressed! The food was fresh off the grill! The buns on the Whopper was superb! Fries nice and hot. Keep up the good work y'all! I love it!

Burger king had a good deal I fed 5 people burgers fries and sodas for 20 bucks I was so proud of myself.Always check out Burger Kings coupons.I got 2 croissanwich combos with hash tots and 2 cups of coffee for 5 dollars!!You can't beat deals like this😁

But I had to tell them how I wanted my burger I wanted to hide enough to melt cheese otherwise I would have gotten patties they've been sitting on a shelf for more than 5 minutes and cheese this does not melt on hamburger patties have been off the grill for longer than one minute

Out of all the fast food burger joints, burger king is my favorite. But as with all fast food places the portions are getting laughable. You could read newspaper through a single burger. Not the case with the Whopper which is amazing
