Henderson Plumbing & Electric

This is the second time that I have called them to fix an problem we had with our plumbing. Both times they have showed up exactly when they said that they would. In both instances they said they would be here in about 45 minutes and both times arrived sooner than that. They did the job quickly and without any nonsense. Charged a reasonable price. I will continue to call them when ever we have plumbing needs.

We called one day, had our installed well pump the next! How much better can it be? We have used Henderson Plumbing for many years for new service and for repairs, once when lady bugs were nesting, and when lightening struck. Prompt and efficient. We've always had great service, this generation and the last.

These men bent over backwards to help my family when our well pump stopped working after hours. Great service and best prices. Cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you Henderson Plumbing!

took awhile for them make it out which would have been fine but the guy kept scheduling a time to come but would never show or call, finally when he did show he did some work then left, the issue still didn't get resolved. Again schedule a time to come back out, he never did show or call, landed up going with someone else to fix my issue, I sadly don't recommend this company, he was very nice but not reliable at all. and I will not use his services again or recommend this company to anyone.

I made an appointment because of a broken water pipe and a flooded basement. They showed up and, without even coming in, said they were going to be back in 10 minutes. They never came back. If there was a way to give them
zero-star rating, I would. Extraordinarily unprofessional. Do not use this company!

He was supposed to show up this Thursday morning. We scheduled it earlier this week. Anyway he didn’t show and I missed work for nothing. Don’t recommend. 3/7/2024

Would never use this company. I called them they came out looked at it. He called me and told me what he said the problem was and set a time to come out to fix it. I stated I was afraid my house would caught fire he laughed and told me to go get insurance and we would split it.
Well he never showed up so I called and he said he was finishing a job and would be right there. Never called or showed up. So I called different electrician that told me to call Southwest Electric company first which I did. What Henderson Plumbing told me was wrong with my electric wasn't even close to the problem so God was watching over us so we didn't get cheated. Lesson learned. Read the reviews.

We called to have him come out and fix our problems. He seemed eager to do it and said he'd be out a certain day and time. That whole day went by without him showing up and no phone call. Called the next day and he laughed and said he had an emergency and didn't want to talk at that moment and asked for us to call him back. Forget that! We will find someone else. Poor way to do business, not keeping people informed and laughing. Do not use!

He made an appointment to call me with a time that he would be out. He never called back. He also didn't return calls when I left messages. I wasted a whole day waiting for him and he still has never called back. I won't call this business again.

They said 9 am . No show and didn't call.

I called this company because I have used them in The past.i called them on Tuesday when I had no water they said they would be out later today.i called again in the evening he said it will be first thing in the morning.so I took off work.i called them he said it would be 11 o'clock.by noon I called again it will be 2 hours. By that time I found another company who takes care of the customer with no water.
I know Mr Henderson sold his company so he could enjoy retirement I know he did not get were he is today buy running his company this way.

Set up an appointment time. Came almost 2 hours after said time. Once here said machine was broken and he couldn’t do the job. Waste of time.
