Motor Vehicle & Drivers License Office

By far the best experience I’ve had at any DMV! Pleasant and helpful employees and the manager was extremely knowledgeable about a few unique situations I was dealing with. I would drive to this office from anywhere to get the great service again.

My first wife and I went to the Troy DMV office to get our driver’s licenses renewed and address updated. BEST experience I’ve ever had at any MO DMV office. The ladies were courteous, efficient and all business. We were in and out in 15 minutes. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Paid taxes on my car today. In and out in less than 15 minutes. The woman that helped me was very pleasant and courteous.

This is not California DMV.
All people are moving to help the job is done fast. While no one wants to come in here, the workers make it as good as it can be.

I'm impressed to say the least. Was nervous about arriving @2:30pm to get Tags, Title, & Registration completed. The Lobby Clerk verified I had all documentation at walk-in and recorded my name for the line, but I was greeted at the counter in less than 5 minutes by Catlyn who was attentive, well versed, and informative of the process and staying courteous of my time. I'm leaving now at 2:48pm thanks to the staff, overall this was the smoothest transaction I've had out of any DMV or License Office.

I was going in to change all my information on my drivers license. I got there at 1pm on a Monday and was out in 10 minutes, nobody was in line on the license side when I walked in. There was about 8 people on the other side in line but it seemed to be moving rather quick.

The lady that was renewing drivers license went the extra mile in processing our requests.

Today there were 4 ladies working the license plate renewals, etc side so it went very quick!

I was in and out of the DMV within 15 minutes, obtaining my drivers license renewal. I suggest going between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. That seems to be their slowest period. I hope this helps.

I went to renew plates today. I arrived shortly after they opened. Their number machine was working, gave me my number, 16, so I took a seat and waited. I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. That was really good considering it was almost the last day of the month and they were busy. Today was a pleasant experience for sure.

The DMV is the most organized one I have ever been in. I drove 35 miles because I had heard how nice the associates were and easy to get what you need done. They proved exactly what I had been told. If you are wanting a driver’s license they take your phone number and tell you approximately how long it will be before they call you so you do not have to wait in line. Their estimate was right on time and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this DMV office

Relatively quick and painless

Wow I just gave a driver's lisc. office 5 stars!!! We went in about 5 mins. to closing time, to help my Mom get through a transaction. They were so nice to her. We finished and left about 20 mins. after they closed. There wasn't a line. We got right in. It just took that long to get finished. NOT their fault. Mom's transaction was just a little different. They took the time to get it right! They better be careful, or they will give driver's lisc. offices a GOOD NAME! I'm astounded at how nice they were. They were careful, professional, and polite.Thank you folks at the Troy Lisc. office.

They were very organized, friendly, and clean. They sanitizer any equipment that a customer uses before taking the next person. The wait was short due to how organized they were. Great experience!

Fairly easy in and out. Staff was very friendly in spite of a line of people. Good system organizing flow. Wait was about 30 minutes...nothing like O'Fallon DMV. 👍

This DMV made the whole process seamless! They practiced social distancing and made sure people were in and out. Do not be discouraged by a line. I was in and out in 15 minutes and was able to register two vehicles.
