I have yet to rent from these people, ive heard nothing good about them so far, but plan on doing it anyway to see for myself. I am renting in marshfield, MO, and will be giving an update on how I feel about the people who I am renting from as soon as I can.

Stay away from these people. They rent and sell things that are condemned and they keep your money. They did this to me. So I know first hand from experience. If you don't believe me, call the building inspector yourself and talk to people in the area...this business is well known for being the area's slum lords.

They try to Work with you on rent sometimes ...But they do not like to fix anything...

The woman in the office is very hateful.

Stay away from these people they are slum lords I moved out of one of there houses a week ago they are thieves Jill stole my February rent and still expected me to pay for it. I had a water line bust and I notified Robert about it and they refused to come fix it for me I didn’t have water for almost a month. One night had a tree fall on my house Jill and Robert both acted like they didn’t know a thing even though they sent insurance agents to take pictures of the tree on the house. I had black mold in my bathroom and room had holes in my floors and ceiling. None of the bedrooms had any doors on them after they told us they would install doors my ceiling was starting to fall in. And I didn’t feel comfortable living there because neither the front door nor the back door would close or lock properly. Needless to say these are some of the worst no good thieves to rent from all’s they want is your money. My advice find someone else to rent or buy from!!

Renters beware …. These “ landlords “do not care about your health or safety . In fact all they care about is lining their pockets with all the money they should be putting towards the upkeep of their buildings …. Since I’ve lived in one of their buildings there have been collapsing roofs , with bat infestations … they have let ppl move into apartments knowing that the previous tenants complained of bed bugs issues and left them it untreated …. Black mold , half the tenants here are always sick and the other half are just moving in … when asked if they will fix the issues the landlord laughs in your face and thoroughly enjoys the fact that there is nothing you can do , but talk about it in the internet right Robert Stadler

Stay as far away from these people as you possibly can. Jill is so crooked that she'll have to be screwed into her own grave. They charge twice what a place is worth rent-wise, and every place they own is an absolute dump.

They never fix anything. We were without running water for five days, and it took a threat to sue to get her off her fat butt to do something about it. We had no hot water for months, and it took someone donating a water heater to us, to get that resolved.

When our air conditioner burned out in the middle of July, she refused to do anything about it, and again, it took a sympathetic neighbor donating window units, for us to not die in that place.

She's also a criminal. When we moved, we had to leave the car there overnight due to a mechanical issue. She or one of her maladjusted redneck sons had broken into the car and destroyed the steering column when we came back for it.

Seriously, never, ever rent from these crooked, evil people. If you've just signed a lease with them before reading this review? Run. Run away. As fast as you possibly can.

My advice is stay away from these liars. I rented a dump from them at the end of April 2017 and was told the place would be fixed. They (Robert) told me he would return on Monday May 1st to start working on the bathroom. Never showed not a phone call nothing. They did buy some paint for us to paint the inside of the house ourselves. When the paint would not cover the black mold, I called them back. Robert told me he would bring over a mold machine but never did. It was just one thing after another and it came clear to me they just wanted to collect money and not fix nothing. Our belongings such as clothes, shoes, furniture we're starting to mold at this point just from being in the house. I stopped paying rent and went to the city. The city says the house is not inhabitable. When home team found out I went to city hall and turned them in they went and filed an evection on us. This place is a bunch of crooked people who should not be allowed to take advantage of people and steal their money like they do.

Misleading advertising of their rentals. Nasty, dirty and nothing fixed. Disappointing.
