I used to go to this place with my mom 15 years ago every week, finally went back for the first time a few days ago. Best bookstore I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in a lot. Best prices, best selection and super helpful staff when looking for something. I got an entire box of books that would have been $100+ at my usual bookstore for $38. Will be taking the 1.5 hour drive to come here way more often!

Great used book store!
I called ahead for a certain book & they had it waiting for me.
Love this place & can usually find what I'm looking for.

They were fairly busy the day I took my Goddaughters (11 & 16). There was a huge selection of just about every genre of books. Great prices. The kind lady behind the counter offered to show us around next time as they we busy checking customers out. Definitely going back

Awesome place, awesome owner. Great selection of books and magazines. Trade in your old books and get ya something new to read. If you're into trading/collectable cards there is no better place. Sports cards, mtg, yugioh, Pokemon, some you probably haven't even heard of. They have magic the gathering nights and everyone is friendly. If you are new, everyone will help you learn and get better.

A gateway to so many wondrous places and times. From D&D to 50 shades. And from Alderon to Istanbul. They are happy to set you on your journey. Greatest escape room in West Plains

I love this bookstore. The owners are kind and helpful and just real honest people. The atmosphere there is good, and I always find something. I don't ever want this bookstore to go away.

Great book store with a huge selection! I was even able to find a book I'd been looking for that had gone out of print years ago.

It's hard to find things. Maybe a catalog would be nice!?! Other than that, the place was amazing. I could spend hours sitting and going through all the books!!!!10/10

I LOVE the Book Nook!! They are so friendly and helpful, if they don't have what you're looking for they will look it up and order it right then. They have a HUGE selection of used books all genres, they also have a gaming section for D&D fans, ect, I really can't say enough about this store, its FANTASTIC!! LOVE you guys😊❤😊👍👍

Love coming here for books, great selection of hard to find older novels. My daughter loves it too, and the lady who works there (sorry, I can't remember your name) helped my daughter find a new series that she hadn't read, now she's hooked on those. We will Definitely be recurring customers.

Loved it! Very cute place and exactly what I think of when I picture an older book store. I love unique board games and found this one! My husband and I have game nights and always look for unique games.

Very eclectic and chock full of hidden treasures. Any avid reader can go in and find most anything they’re hunting. Used book prices are excellent and your Kids can even trade in books they’ve read for other used books. Loving the small town business that’s been a cornerstone of our town for ages.

Absolutely the best place in West Plains!! I've been buying my books there for 21 years now. Friendly staff, very helpful and obliging. A store still hometown enough to add a personal touch to customer interaction.

My fiancé and I made a special trip up to West Plains to come in, and I am so happy that we did! The used book selection is great! I ended up leaving with 7 books for under 20 bucks! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I've moved here to West Plains 4 months ago, and honestly? This store is my home! The people there is sweet and nice, SO much books, and reasonable too. This store got me back into reading and also me and my husband reading books together again. I hope it never goes away!
All there are some awsome handmade books there also! Go and cheak them out!
