Just need a tire plugged. Other shops wanted $20 plus just to plug.
Got it fixed under $20. Nice guys and was fast even when busy

This is a great place to get your tires and inspections done. Tires are great quality, owner doesn't over charge, and they work quickly. Once you buy tires here you get free rotations on them. The owner is always working with his men.

Best place in West Plains to get tires. They will always do you right. New or used tires. They have almost every and any size. Next time you need a new set or just need a tire patched, go on down and give them a chance. You wont he disappointed.

I have minimal knowledge on vehicles; so could easily be duped without even knowing it. Every time I’ve been there, Donny and the other guys have taken a genuine interest in helping me resolve an issue in the most cost-efficient light. They’re diligent to explain in detail what they’re doing, all options, and are patient with all my questions.

They have a sincere heart to take care of their customers; and that shines through! More than once they’ve price-quoted me and charged me far less in the end.

I appreciate having a trustworthy place to take my vehicle and to ask questions!

I needed a specific special tire for a trailer and no one around could help me out they didn’t have the tire in stock but they were able to get one within a half hour they took the time to clean the rim inspect it and have it prepped and ready be installed the new tire and I was on my way within 40 minutes at a very reasonable price I would highly recommend them and I will be going back in the future

I've used willbanks several times, for various needs, inspections, tire rotation, etc. They have always been reasonable. They stay busy, so expect a wait, unless you call ahead.

They were very friendly and very good service. Easy to find if you know West Plains. When I got my tires a few months back and they made a small mistake, so they took $20 off the price.
