Harbor freight is the best place to buy tools and not break you financially. Always willing to help and returns have never been easier. Glad west plains finally got a hardware store that’s not controlled by local lumberyards. That used to charge double what things cost. I’m not much on local business stacking their bank accounts because they had no competition. Before harbor freight Meeks charges what ever they wanted to. Not so much now.

None of us are proud to buy the Chinese goods, but it's not like America makes it easy or affordable to buy American made. All the American brands are made overseas as well. At the end of the day, they are good on their warranties, pricing, and harbor freight supplies more jobs to Americans than most "American tool companies "

This place was more helpful than Walmart! I needed a new scale, shrink tubing and batteries and they helped me without hesitation, answered all my questions to the best of their abilities and interacted with me like a person and not just "a customer" and are always super nice...5⭐

Had an issue with a device I had bought, they returned it with no issues. It's harbor fright tools, no frills tools to get a task completed.

I have been trying to break tools for 23+ years. These tools are hard to break. I would go so far as to say I am a professional at using the wrong tool wrongly, and I still have a hard time breaking HF tools. The pressure washer still has pressure. The impact sockets are still impacting. The Allen Wrenches are Allening? Who knows, but every thing is still in working order. The rechargeable batteries are still taking charge, also. I have no issues with going to HF first. WalMart sells trash. We all know it.

Ok, we all know the tools aren't the best, they just have the best selection around! Whatever tool you need you can get the job done with one from here.. just know for that cheaper price it will not last as long as most of the better name brands.

Was able to easily find what I needed, and the man behind the checkout counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have enough money when I went in the first time and he was kind enough to allow me to leave and scrounge 10 dollars worth of change out of my car without complaint. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Friendly service and great selection to pick from. Relatively new store to the area. I do find myself in here if I have time to kill or get bored. Great customer service and I’ve not had a problem returning anything for a warranty. I’m hard on tools so having a good warranty really helps when I break them and need one right away. Prices are super reasonable and affordable for all the products they sell

As I have stated before, this is one store that I always seem to find something I didn't know I needed until I see it. The three employees I spoke with knew where everything in the store was located. It is a brand new store, so everything seemed to be even brighter. And as usual, I'm needing to go back once I determine what security components I will be using. Yes, they have a large selection of various cameras, motion detectors, etc. to design a complete security setup. And more to the point, the prices compared to the equivalent name brands will make one return time and again. Pound for pound, it is the best discount tool franchise out there, in my opinion. And for those concerned about the pandemic safety suggestions, all seemed to be followed to the letter. Can you tell I like this store? I'm certain you will as well. Maybe I will see you there.

I love this place!!! I can NEVER walk out of this store without spending well over $100’s every time. Products are great quality and the employees have amazing customer service!!!

I was in this store in May looking for a Big Wheel Panel Wagon for my grandson's first birthday. The website said they had one in stock but when I got there to the store they were sold out. I explained why I wanted the wagon and the cashier on duty asked me if I would be willing to drive an hour away to get one if she could locate a store that had one. When I said "yes" she used her own cell to call the other store, let me talk to them to confirm they had what I was looking for and I was able to ask them to hold it for me until I got there.
Approximately 6 weeks later I visited the West Plains store again looking for another one of those BigFoot Panel Wagons for my granddaughters first birthday and they had 5 in stock.
I appreciated the cashier going above and beyond. I appreciate that they ordered more wagons and got them back in stock.
Most Importantly I appreciate the price. I paid $59.99 for this wagon. Comparable wagons like this on Amazon were $120+.
Also if you have kids and need a good sturdy wagon this is the one. It will hold up to 330 pounds and is built to last.

Nice, clean, well organized store. Seems to have just about everything in stock which is nice. Very friendly professional staff who somehow manage to maintain that even when things are busy.

Everything you need under one roof and at a good price. Their Pittsburgh line of hand tools are guaranteed for life and always perform well for me.

Seems my friend went there every day. He loved shopping for items because they had just what he needed.

This place has everything I need at a good price to get my Homestead up and running until I can get back to Colorado to get all my Tools and everything else out of Storage.

Don't believe the naysayers, great tools for amazing prices.

I love HF and I'm so happy they've come to my town. I use to drive 1.5 hours to get to the closest store.
