Very grateful they are there. My regular vet was maxed out when our aged dog became very ill requiring euthenasia. They gave us all the time we needed. I don't know how the vet managed such compassion and patience because they were busy and we were clearly not the only euthanasia.

This place is very clean. The people are so nice. The doctor was amazing really took his time with my boxer pup and then gave us his professional honest opinion. Then he gave us options and never tried to sway us to the more expensive one. The price was cheap compared to Blue Pearl and the experience was very enjoyable. I will only use this place if I ever have to use the ER for my dogs again. Even though it is an hour drive one way for me it is worth it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this facility. Thank you.

Kind, compassionate staff! We had to make a same day decision to put down our 14 year old Border Collie, who suffered a few terrible seizures after being diagnosed with lymphoma cancer several weeks earlier.
The staff got Krissy comfortable, gave us time in a comfortable private room to say our goodbyes. Made the entire process personal and caring!

Took my cat here for an emergency. He got in right away. The vet and staff were very kind and patient with all my questions. I was given pricing at every step before tests/work was done. Never had to wait very long for test results. Went the extra step in every way. I would recommend.

The staff was very knowledgeable and caring. If you have an emergency in off hours, I wouldn't hesitate to take your pet there. But take your patience with you. The waiting room was crowded and they had a sign up saying there was a 2 hour wait. And there was! But they prioritized emergency cases and provided excellent emergency care. It is also pretty expensive but worth it.

Brought my dog in late evening due to her second torn ligament in her second hind knee. They got her in to see the vet in a timely manner, got my dog on pain meds and recommended she see her regular vet as soon as possible. I appreciate that they did not attempt to sell us Xrays. The cost was reasonable. High, but that's what one expects for an emergency vet. I'm glad they were there.

We were treated with kindness, patience and respect from the receptionist all the way to the dr. Our cat was hit by a car, and they got him right in. They were very busy, but the dr was patient and thorough with us. They explained cost and treatment options up front. Though the outcome wasn't what we hoped for, everyone was very helpful and supportive. Thank you for helping us deal with a very emotional night.

If your baby is ill, this place is thoural however you spell that, but very conscious of what's going on. They sent me home with the medications my puppy needed for a very mild case of Parvo. They said that I caught it early. Great place

I just had to help my sweet kitty girl cross over the Rainbow Bridge. All the staff were so kind and compassionate. She had been here before for other emergencies due to her diabetes. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

Great service, quickly found out what was going on with my dog and let me decide what to do for next steps. They also have take many steps to prevent the spread of covid. Great Job!

Amazing what they do. We had to go new years eve. In snowy conditions. They where there ready to help. It is expensive but these people are needed. Nobody else was open because of holiday.

My cat is not a patient here but they were kind and helpful with questions I had about my cats antibiotics late at night. I had other places hang up on me when they realized we weren't going to their clinic. They were very helpful and kind.

They were amazing with my dog after she got hit by a car. Awesome people!!

Awesome staff that helped us when our kitty broke his leg at like 9pm and all other vets were closed. A little pricey but so thankful for these folks!

This was a wonderful place to go. The staff were very informative and helpful. It was quite pricey, but we can't put a price on our animals.
