Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We had very good custard and liked the location as well as the service and prices! Randall took care of us and was very polite and welcoming, we appreciate that. We will certainly be back again!

Freddy's was really busy at lunch time. Even though the lines at the service counter were long, the wait time for our food was reasonable. It was fast food delicious, definitely not for a health food fanatic.

The tables were quickly cleaned for next use. Tables and booth seating are available inside with outdoor patio seating as well. The dining area was relatively clean for the volume of people passing through.

The self-serve beverage counter was maintained well. And the bathroom was clean.

The chocolate malt milkshake had a very smooth, near liquid consistency. Personally, I prefer a firmer, soft-serve texture. Also, the malt favoring was nearly nonexistent.

The dining area air-conditioning works very well. Even before I devoured my milkshake, I who hardly ever gets cold, was goosebump chilled.

Overall, Freddy's has an inviting atmosphere to grab lunch and to meet friends.

Onions rings good when fried hard. Hood burgers and they don't charge if you want lettuce and tomato on a burger it doesn't automatically come on

Freddys is great.. Food was fresh and fast. Air conditioner is working great. Had to go outside to warm up.

I guess it's fair to compare it to steak n shake, but the food is much better and higher quality, the restaurant is cleaner, and just a better atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Best ice-cream in town, Hands down! Good prices for good quality food! Great customer service and quality staff! Has public restrooms and free parking thats easy to see from the street. The rewards program can definitely improve though! I've spent over 150.00 dollars and still can't get a free meal. 200.00 for 1 free meal,.... Come on now. It should be 100 per 1 free meal not 200.00 that takes almost 25 visits of buying 9 dollar meals every time. Definitely room for improvement!

Delicious Food, great atmosphere and very clean! Would definitely recommend the Chili Dogs... its like a better Steak and Shake with Chili Dogs better than Sonics!

Great food, exactly like steak and shake, the fries are the very thin ones like they had...I recommend the grilled cheese steak burger...delicious.

First time eating here, was busy but we still got our food quickly. California style burger and chocolate shake were fantastic.

Went here for the first time, summer '23.
Ordered California Burger Meal and cheese fries. Price was better than expected.
The burger was very much your usual steak burger, but not sloppy and the toppings were great.
Unfortunately the ice machine was out and the drink counter unreasonably busy for such a small dining room.
I might biased because a lot of families with small children were there and the noise and excitement was more than I expected.
Overall good food, fast service and I'll be back as the price was reasonable compared to the alternatives.

Great place if you want something similar to a greasy spoon type diner restaurant. Reminds me of steak n shake. Great food, friendly service! Love the custard.

We went here for my dad's bday and they just opened in the middle of a pandemic which has to take a lot... They were awesome the manager made sure my dad was taken care of because he appreciated us coming there to celebrate a special day like a bday!!! We all know Freddy's is great, but great can still fail... With the leadership of the manager or maybe owner my family had the pleasure to work with this evening this place will be very successful!!! Thank you for how you treated my father, my son, and my daughter. It means a lot!!

I rated the atmosphere lower than 5 only because my own personal preferences don't let me feel comfortable dining in a restaurant that's as bright and loud as Freddy's is. I like to have a peaceful area to "retreat and eat" ---- the Freddy's dining room is too small, bright, and loud for me. But I can see how it would be enjoyed by many others.

.... And while I would not enjoy dining in, the dining area itself appeared clean and that's something I do appreciate

First time at a Freddy's. We were greeted when we entered the store. The was no waiting at the register to place our orders. The price I paid for my large, double bacon cheeseburger meal was reasonable. My order was ready quickly and the clean dining area enabled a good visit with an old friend. I will return to this restaurant.

First time there was a great experience, clean, on top of things, and food was amazing.

Similar to Steak N Shake, but much, much better. Perfect crispy pickles on the burger. Good quality, not plastic cheese. OMG shoestring fries. Serves Pepsi products. My chocolate turtle concrete was extremely sweet. If you want pepper or salt, you have to ask for it at the counter for some reason. Always friendly staff. Very clean. Busy.

To me this place is great. I told my wife that it reminded me of a perfect Steak n Shake. Great food, great price, in and ot fast. Cheese Fries were the best I've ever had.
