Great work! I love working with a great local, family company that I know I can trust. A-1 Guarantee Roofing not only did great work, but they’ve been there for us after the sale when we had some minor issues after a storm. I highly recommend you go with A-1!

Worked with my timing, made adjustments that made the roof, gutters and downspouts perform better, and increased ventilation thus cooling the attic. ALL POSITIVE RESULTS. I'm happy. Good team that listens and adjusts to make positive outcomes. I would use them again.

Top Notch Work! Trevor Lee assisted during the entire process. His professionalism kept our confidence high as this is our forever home and we had been very nervous as our previous roof (Not done by A-1) had issues right from the start and was horrific trying to get rectified. This time A-1 did not only our roof, but gutters and gutter guards and I will tell everyone this is the company to use! I know it is a small detail but they even painted all of the pipes on the roof to match and it made it look like a million bucks! I had several roofing companies come out and look at my roof before calling A-1. None of the others followed up on their quotes. I was impressed by their work. They cleaned up very well every day and answered any questions I had. Did a complete roof and leaf guards in 3 days. New flashing around chimney looks much better than what the brick layers did just a few year ago. Seems to have stopped the leaks that we had before the new roof was installed. Would recommend this company.

They got us an estimate right away which provided the minimum needed replacements along with optional additions and the costs. Jimmy was great to work with. We'll definitely use for future roofing needs. We love our new roof-roof!

We were very pleased with A-1 guarantee roofing in the replacement of our roof, downspouts, and gutters. The crew was careful to clean up at the end of each day and even respected our request to stop a little early so we could get our baby to sleep.

Absolutely blown away by my experience with A-1 Guarantee Roofing. We ran into several issues with our insurance company in the midst of getting our roof completed, and A-1 (special shoutout to Chad Lewis) worked with us every step of the way to provide perspective and professional insight. Once we got the green light, A-1 sent a crew that was quick and professional. Our home and an external garage were finished in two days and cleaned up immaculately well. AND they honored their originally provided estimate. Nothing but good things to say, would recommend them to everyone.

Mr Garber (A-1 Guarantee Roofing) met our builder along with my husband and I in a prompt manner, bid our job and upon our acceptance of his proposal sent his crew and had our job done just like he said he would do. Chad was so kind, understanding of my needs and courteous through the quoting process and beyond! If you need all the t's crossed and the i's dotted this is your man!! The installation crew of NINE were incredibly respectful of our property and did such quality work in a very timely fashion. They kept things picked up as they went and removed debris each day! The onsite inspectors and crew leader made sure all the contract details were adhered to, as well as doing a final inspection of the installation to insure everything was as it should be! The job was completed on-time, with no "surprises" or upcharges(as other companies tried to tack on), everything is PERFECT and now my neighbors now have roof envy!!!

Our estimator Chad Lewis was amazing and extremely helpful with everything we needed for our insurance claim and handled all the leg work for us. The team of A-1 roofers did a great job. Ricky provided a detailed quote and final invoice. The team arrived early every morning and worked steadily through each day. I really appreciated how they cleaned up behind themselves. Great job!

Brian and Carl were here when promised and accurate with estimates of what needed to be done. There was rain during the job but they covered up the work and kept any additional water out of the house. We have not had rain since, but I'm sure the new roof is waterproof.

A-1 Guarantee Roofing went far and beyond what was required to take of our storm damage in dealing with the insurance. I have always been happy with the job they have done on my previous homes. But this time....they were far more than AWESOME!

Pulled old shingles and put new ones on 1 day and cleaned up. Anthony A1 came out next day to inspect an even painted a few pipes on top of roof to match shingles great job . Thank you all

A1 Guarantee Roofing has replaced our roof twice. Once nearly 20 years ago and after terrible hail storm this year they did it again. This time they also replaced our gutters and window screen too. They are very easy to work with, friendly and do a great job.

Just can’t say enough good things about Jimmy Garber and A-1 Guarantee Roofing. After extensive hail damage, Jimmy promptly gave us an estimate and guided us through the insurance claim process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and began the replacement as soon as the they got the go-ahead! D Bailey Review ~ A-1 was prompt & provided professional service throughout, while also doing an excellent job on my roof & gutters. Everything was completed as agreed without any challenges. They also took the time to properly clean up the falling debris, nails, & etc. I am very pleased & highly recommend.

The technicians they sent out to temporarily tarp/waterproof my roof were skilled, polite, easy to work with. The fee charged (250.00) seems fair. My only worry now….is how to know when to let them remove the temporary cover to estimate and repair the roof. And if I can afford the repairs. At this point though, I do trust them to lead me through this fairly.
