I was looking for specific boots for my new job. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The gentleman took his time to make sure I had proper boots. And some proper insoles. Very happy with the customer service.

As a first time Red Wing customer. I was very pleased with the level of customer service from my salesperson. I have a H wide foot and the boots fit great.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good Knowledge and state of the art fitting.

Mike was quick and thorough about the boot I asked for. He knew the answers to my questions and had me out of there with n less than 20 mins.

I love my Red Wing boots. They are far the best work boots I’ve ever had. The comfort and durability of these boots are outstanding. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the boots I purchased. I work 12-14 hour days and my feet don’t hurt. This is my new store for work boots.

Tore my boot today thank the universe the very nice lady working this evening was able to repair it for me! She was so nice and helpful when I was expecting the worst! Way to save the day!

Mike was great. He answered all questions and explained everything to us. We left there more knowledgeable about shoes and feet than when we got there. I highly recommend them and I can honestly say other than my cowboy boots all our shoes will be bought there.

The lady that runs this location knows her stuff down to an art. I was in and out in less than 15 mins getting not only exactly what I wanted but what I needed. I walked in not knowing either of which, but walked out with 100% satisfaction. All this being said with two weeks of time passing i.e. been wearing the shoes with the inserts and although I may have spent a bit more than I originally budgeted, we're talking about the feet I stand on... Spend the money you'll regret not doing it! I will definitely be back next time I need a new pair of boots.

Where do I even start!? My experience was awesome I've always had issues with my feet and they literally scan and test how you walk. I was able to see the minor differences in my feet and where I put my pressure at. After the scan the super nice lady brought out a pair of 10877's that fit like a freaking glove. Then she showed me another heritage pair that I'm gonna come back for. After one week of wearing the 10877's they are breaking in super nice, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Excellent 👍! The staff there helped me pick out the right boots for me. They got me the right size, a more precise size than just saying I wear a 7. They offered other services to me that I had no idea even existed. They set me up with ways to repair & maintain my boots at no extra cost. They are absolutely the best in the business!!

Very high quality boots! I've bought several pairs here and I love them all! Friendly service and they always take the time to assist each customer individually. They are also very knowledgeable of their products. In addition to new boots, they also offer repair service for old boots.

Very helpful staff, and they will size you in store. Make sure to try on the boot(s) you are planning on buying even if you don't buy them in store. I am usually anywhere between a 10 1/2 to 11 1/2 in most boots and shoes, but when I tried the pair on in store I was perfect in a 10. Had I just used their sizing machine I'd have ordered an 11. The staff told me the particular boot I asked for ran larger than anything else in the store. Also, they gave me a veteran's discount when I presented my Veterans Affairs ID, at that price I was thankful they do a discount. I'm fully satisfied with the boots and I hope to keep them for years to come.

Great service and a great brand that last! I've worked on the railroad, on locomotives, for over 21yrs now, and have been wearing Red Wing Boots for every one of those days! If Red Wings can stand up to the railroad environment, they are well made! They do offer railroad and veteran discounts upon asking. Just a great brand and a great store!

Awesome service, the ladies there are very friendly and eager to help you as soon as you walk through the door. They are not pushy and as always made the purchase a pleasant experience. They are the only place I will go or recommend for work boots

My dad has been buying all of his footwear from here since I was a small child and my husband has been a loyal customer for the past 5 years. The only problem he's ever had are his boot laces are constantly getting cut into and ripped apart by the metal lace loops/holders (have no idea what they're called) but luckily they replace his laces for free. Last year, one of my Christmas presents from my husband was taking me up to red wing to get my first pair of boots. It was interesting and fun getting sized and fitted. It was disappointing to find out that I couldn't get the same custom features for women's red wing boots as I could for men's red wing boots so I ended up getting a different brand of boot to fit my needs from their store. Overall, I really liked their customer service, my boots came in on time, and they even let me take my son to their employee bathroom during a potty emergency. I really appreciate this store! I would actually like to work here someday as well. lol

The sales girl was new. I think it was "Shawna" little southern accent... New or not very accommodating & helpful. She got me more than a few sizes. I was able to find a fit & at the value I needed. The hole crew laughed and was very lighthearted and I tried giving them a hard time " in a joking manner " but boy they were quick & witty... it was a great experience! I'll be back

Great employee's that know there stuff and had in-house discounts for my employeer would recommend them again and again. They are not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Redwing are for people that work hard and play hard.
