Walmart Neighborhood Market

Walmart neighborhood market at 35th and Noland road Independence Missouri is in the position of remodeling - but every department is well stocked with smiling, happy people to help every shopper. That includes the three people who were occupying the pharmacy late afternoon today on Sunday. I am but one of millions of Medicare Part B persons who are unable this past week and God only knows for how long forward to be able to obtain test strips for their diabetes readers. Pharmacy staff personnel everywhere are being spoken to impolitely, questioned vehemently, and some are even being threatened - - and none of this is their fault.
The Walmart neighborhood market personnel were very kind and one in particular offered suggestions but also cautioned me to not use any of my diabetes
Needles, test strips or other parts more than once! 🥀💐🌷😄

Had a very large curbside order. Jennifer helped us load ALL THE STUFF! She was fun to talk to and wouldn't accept our tip. Y'all should hang on to her!!! She is a star!

Easy to grab just the groceries. Good prices and selection. Construction/expansion parking is a pain. Will be great when it's finished. Nice staff in store and especially the pharmacy is awesome-very good to work with.

My experience was wonderful I had no problem finding everything that I needed checkout line with was a little slow but dealing with everything that everyone had the weight wasn't too long

I wanted to take some time to say Thank You to the Pharmacist, Crystal there! 😊 She is always so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about any questions we have regarding medicines and reactions with other things taken. This pharmacy is reliable, quick and so much easier to get to than others. The whole staff is always so nice and helpful. It's extremely convenient to use this location since it's right down the street. Thank you Crystal for being there every day and helping me and my family during these crazy times. I always say it must be the name, but that's not why I am giving this review.. hehehe 😉 I truly appreciate your time and effort to help our family.

Baking aisle had great sales on food decor. Been wanting to stock up my pantry without breaking the piggie bank. Thanx for helping me out with the cake , cookie & decor for my desserts. ❤😎😍💯💋

Much better than a regular Walmart for grabbing things quick for a great price. Appears clean and always buzzing but wasn't packed or anything. Good customer service from everyone that worked there I came in contact with. Thanks for your help!

What I like about this Walmart is its not too many people you can get in and out quickly everything you need to pick up last minute is easy to find because it's smaller in here however I feel like there's never really anyone at the deli meat section which kinda sucks

Absolutely ALWAYS a great experience. Friendly employees and they are very helpful. They are always busy BUT they will gladly help you if help is needed. I couldn't even tell you how many times the have taken my purchases to my car and unloaded the cart. Lovely!

Used this location for the first time today for Walmart pick up. Not only did they have my order ready early, they had no substitutions, and quickly brought out my order. I’m impressed because the Bolger and 40 hwy locations I always have issues with. I definitely will be using this one from now on!

Very clean facility with helpful staff and well stocked shelves. If you only need groceries and this isn't too far out of your way its worth coming here over most other Wal-Marts. Virtually no lines even during busy hours due to a combination of light traffic and self checkout. Produce always looks fresh and is well tended

I have since moved out of the area but still go here every now and then because it's my old neighborhood and where my family lives. I will always love this little Walmart neighborhood market. It was awesome when it was first built and we realized we had a Walmart grocery store! makes grocery shopping so much easier when you don't have to deal with the rest of the store . They do have a smaller selection than a lot of super Walmarts but it's very nice to be able to go in and get what you need. they usually have good stock on things. Just as good a prices as regular Walmarts of course. the employees here don't change a whole lot and I have known some of the same ones for several years. They are always friendly and helpful and feels like they try to get to know their customers and usuals. I love the deals that they have in between the aisles sometimes at the checkout where they have cheap charging cords and things like that. They also put the stands for hair accessories and earrings for each holiday in this store.

I personally don't like going to Walmart but I don't mind the small ones. Easy to find what is needed and not as packed as the bigger ones with more registers than cashiers, which has nothing to do with Covid as it was a huge issue long before Covid.

Their staff is always friendly and helpful! It is a very convenient when you don't want to hassle with a lot of people at the big walmart and only need groceries or some simple household or office supplies. They also have a self check out so don't have to wait on someone else to bag my stuff and there's almost always no wait time. Their pharmacy is always super fast and they have a drive threw I use for when I only need medicine don't want to drag the kids out the car. They do not have any cooed for sale and don't have many toys. This walmart neighborhood market is just like any other grocery store except their the closest one to me.

I love this little walmart gem. It is convenient for me. It has everything but clothes and electronics, pretty much. Both distractions to me anyhow, but I can cash my paycheck here, get groceries, alchohol, my prescriptions. The staff members seem to be very nice and courteous.

Like that it's only about 5 blocks from my work.
