A++ I had my first experience at Kingston dental yesterday. The staff and Dr Grief we're absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful. They asked me several times while I was there if I needed anything. I believe they truly have the patience best interest in mind and whatever they do. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone!

Kingston Dental Is the best dental office, and I’ve been to a few I finally found my dentist, Emilio. He is awesome, he lives up to his reputation and sets standards for other dentist. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment looks good and the place is clean and the prices are reasonable. I hundred percent recommend Kingston Dental.

The first time I had an appointment at Kingston Dental, I was deeply ashamed at the state of my teeth. I knew I needed a lot of work done. I was so embarrassed. I was very quickly put at ease by the professionalism and kindness of the front office staff, the assistants, and Dr. Greif. All staff members showed empathy for my situation. Nobody shamed me or chastised me for the condition my teeth were in.

A detailed care plan was crafted for me after my initial cleaning and evaluation. I had four phases of work to get done, with over 10 crowns! The assistants and front office made sure that I had an appointment every month. They made every effort to accommodate my rigid teaching schedule. Most of my appointments began at 5:30 or later. I did not have to take off work for my appointments. I am amazed by their flexibility, especially considering that other dental offices I called only had appointments for examinations 6+ months out. I was able to get all of my dental work done in 6 months.

The care and treatment was impeccable. The assistants were meticulous with all adjustments made to my crowns, often working past closing time to ensure that my bite was correct and that I was happy with how my teeth looked. Dr. Greif walked me through every step of my treatment. He too worked tirelessly on my teeth. Even my temporary crowns looked stunning—many people were amazed that they were temporaries because they were so beautiful.

After a lifetime of hating my teeth, I can finally smile without feeling ashamed. I can look at photos of myself without cringing. I want to give special thanks to my hygienist, Edita, for her warmth and kindness. I would also like to thank assistants Selma and Dijana (who spent many hours working on my crowns!), front office staff Leina and Anna (who were so excited for me that they insisted I come show them my smile after my front crowns were placed), and of course to Dr. Greif, for his expertise, kindness, and hard work. I don’t mean it lightly when I say that the team at Kingston has changed my life for the better. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

Dr. Jimenez is a fantastically friendly doctor who took great care of me. I unfortunately chipped my bottom tooth, #25, and needed some immediate help from Kingston Dental. They had an appointment the same day I called and Dr. Jimenez repaired my severely chipped tooth. He really is a great doc and I highly recommend him.! My sincere thanks to him and the staff at Kingston Dental for always taking such stellar care of my wife and I.

I was behind in dental work from years of frustration and bills, i was able to get all caught up in just a few weeks. Costs were way better then i expected and i had no problems, everyone was super helpful and friendly. My dentist was Dr. Greif highly recommended

Last night I broke a tooth, called at 10:15 this morning (they opened at 10:00) and asked for the first available appointment, as I had broken a tooth. They squeezed me in at 11:30 and by 1:20, I had the tooth fixed and a temporary crown on. Dr. Greif and Cassie were just fantastic!!

I had a positive first experience at Kingston Dental. The hygienist, the doctor, the financial, the front desk staff were all ver nice and welcoming. Thank you!

Kingston Dental is an awesome place, from the receptionists to the technicians to the dentists. They are very attentive to my needs and work with me to make treatment decisions. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Everyone seemed really nice. This was my first visit and they was running a little behind so I had to wait a little bit. So I watched the movie they had on the TV for a while. I didnt see anything or anybody acting in a negative way and they was all laughing and carrying on with each other and the clients. That helped ease my tension since I dont like seeing the dentist due to the past experience I had with Arnold Aspen Dental.Thanks Kingston for making this experience a pleasant one.

I was welcomed with a smile at reception, then given to my smiling hygienist Debbie. She thoroughly checked me out with x-rays and such, and then I met the gracious Dr. Greif. He reviewed and checked everything, explaining as he went. The entire experience was relaxed and welcoming, but also left me knowing I was in good hands. While not looking forward to further dental work, at least they are making it as smooth as possible. The only caveat is that it is hard to get into and out of their parking lot because of busy Telegraph. But if you just turn right and go down to the intersection, you can avoid trying to make a left turn out of the place.

I haven’t smiled in years bc I was ashamed of my smile and you guys gave me my confidence back! I was so scared at the if it would hurt but you guys made sure I felt no pain and you guys checked up on me after the surgery made me come back to double check if everything is healing right and the staff is super friendly and non judgmental this place is awesome!!!

I was searching for a new dentist. And I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Everyone from my dentist Dr. Emilio to my hygienist Edgna to the front desk manager Angie were helpful, patient, and informative. They answered all of my questions. I am very happy and lucky.

I was terrified to visit a dentist. I had never been before and also have a panic disorder, but after a day of having extreme tooth pain, I could not take it any longer. I called around trying to find a dentist that could see me right away. Kingston agreed to see me despite closing soon. They treated me with so much compassion and care, truly going above and beyond to ensure I was okay and comfortable. They quickly came up with an action plan for me and within a couple days, I was feeling better, and within the week, they were able to completely take care of the issue that initially caused my pain. I cannot say enough great things about everyone in this office. I’m no longer afraid because of them and actually have a regular visit already scheduled. If you are afraid, give them a call and let them know what you’re working with… I promise, they will take care of you!

Best dental experience ever! They were accommodating, friendly, efficient, and gentle. Completely stress-free and pain-free. Highly recommend this office for dental care.
