I cannot say enough great things about Todd and his team! I worked directly with Todd and Kelli. Although the pandemic made it so we never met face to face-- all of my interactions were beyond pleasant. I tend to be an anxious person, and they walked me through EVERYTHING and assured me that what I was feeling was normal. They calmed my fears and helped me get everything in order to finalize my case.

They tell you exactly what you need, or that the trustee needs for your case and they go to bat for you! Their response time was also within the day, or the next day and I never felt like a number--EVER.

I again, cannot express my gratitude for Todd and Kelli. These 2 people are wonderful and amazing at their jobs. Todd will make you laugh and treats you with respect and no judgements. Kelli was so kind and encouraging. If there were 10 stars, that still wouldn't be enough. I HIGHLY recommend them. Hands down the best team in the Kansas City area!

My only regret is not reaching out to Todd years ago. For some time I juggled an insurmountable level of debt that drained my bank account every month with no impact on what I actually owed. When I seriously started considering bankruptcy Todd's reviews helped me setup my free initial consult. Unlike his peers he does not charge for this meeting during which he asked questions and took notes. I felt he truly evaluated my situation, regardless of any personal gain to him, at no charge. I would absolutely recommend This Law office! Todd and his staff are professional, caring and courteous. Just over 2 years ago I was in financial distress after going through a divorce and had a massive amount of dept that seemed like it wouldn't stop. I just don’t know where to start this was my first time filing bankruptcy as a single mother and I’ve searched all type of firms trying to help me and then I was blessed enough to reach Todd’s office this firm is so amazing the pricing is very affordable especially for hard-working people that just needs a new start at life I would highly recommend this firm they are so patient they let you know everything upfront you have access to them 24 seven to where you can call and email any of your concerns and they answer right away this was a very traumatic experience for me but having Todd and Kelli (his bankruptcy assistant that’s been doing this over 20years) by my side made me preserver through this my 341 (creditor meeting after you file) meeting was today and it went so smoothly because of Todd, me and my daughter forever grateful I wish there was more that I can do but I hope this one relaxes anyone’s mind moving forward
