Pancho's Mexican Food

I stopped in for a meal as I was inconsolably hangry. It was quickly prepared and brought to my table as I grabbed my sauces from the garnish station. Piping hot shredded beef with bits of carrots, jalapeno, and onion mixed in and rolled up nice and tight! Rice and beans were as perfect. I was too full to finish my second burrito, so it's nice to bring home a serving for later! Pancho's is some of the good stuff!

It was as good as it looks, And they bring your food to your table.

Great experience ordering via Uber Eats for dine in. Great portions and deals. We love dining in here and love how they are open late especially for us who get out of work late. We drove 4 hours to get some Poncho's. Growing up in San Diego and now living in Missouri, we can't find good Mexican food except Ponchos!!

The food is so good. We had no problems, except maybe a bit of a long wait, but the food was simply too good for it to matter. Highly recommend any Panchos but we really like this one. Try the hot cheeto burrito, you won't regret it!

I go here quite a bit, usually after work, and get the Chile rellanos. Always very consistent with flavor and portion sizes, which is rare to find. Idk about the rest of the menu, but the #13 always satisfies me for atleast 2 days and sometimes 3.

The birria queso tacos are absolutely PERFECT!! The flavors go really well together.

I've lived in Blue springs for a year and never heard of it. Seems kind of like an underground place. It has the fast food convenience with restaurant taste. I was skeptical but I'm definitely going to go there again. The chips are fresh the queso is fresh you may wait a little while in line to get your food but it's cuz they make it as you order. The picture is a number 6.

I was sad for a little until they got the new one open and going in Blue springs.

If you like authentic Mexican food, you'll love Pancho's!!! Hands down my favorite place in Blue Springs!!

We ordered the California burrito and a carnitas chimichanga and both were so good! The green sauce that came on the side with the burrito had a nice light heat and the red sauce on the side was spicy and very tasty. I was extremely impressed with the overall quality considering it was a quick drive-thru service! And the girl working the drive-thru was fast and very kind. We will be coming back for those quesabirria tacos next!

We ordered quickly and our food came out really fast. Everything was delicious and very filling. The staff members were polite and seemed to work very well as a team. The kitchen ran smoothly while we were there.

They have some really good food, and u get alot for your money. If you want so Mexican food this is a good place to go the picture i am going to link is a chicken chimichanga i ordered last timeand was really good

Ordered california burrito on door dash, asked them to put no cheese and pico on it. They did it and it was seriously the best burrito ive ever had in my life. It was amazing for take out. Probably even better when you eat there. 10 out of 10 i devoured the burrito!!

I just ordered 29 burritos for my work. We dropped off our order 2 days ago. I called them when I was on my way. They did an excellent job of marking the different burritos. Of course everyone thought the burritos were great! I've ordered a lot of burritos before for work, and I'll do it again. Love this place!

I have tacos de cabeza, with my 4 years old son and this are hard to find they where Big I definitely recommend the service was good and caring. Mexi can!

Pancho's is a great place to fill your belly with good food and nice size portions. The burritos are huge and they don't skimp on meat. Stop in and give them a try, definitely recommend!
