City Thrift Store & Donation Center

This place is a true gem. The store is thoughtfully put together with new inventory daily. The staff is incredibly helpful. Paige in particular. She has a wealth of knowledge and always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Keep it up Paige! I highly recommend this location.

Thrifting is definitely a passion on mine. I plan on building up my inventory to attend ThriftCon and a few other major conventions next year. BUT you know what I love more than thrifting?.... KIND PEOPLE!!! Anytime I see Nancy and Sally working I know my shopping experience is going to be that much better just because of the jokes and banter. Walking not even 20 feet into the store I'll hear, "Hi Keith" from Nancy. Some prices could be improved BUT the customer service and friendliness is spot on. Advice to future customers, !!DO NOT!! come in 5 minutes before close... especially on Nancy's shift! City Thrift is great and I'll probably swing by today!

They have a great variety of stuff there. It's bright, and cleaner than many other thrift stores.

Great place to shop for your thrifted items. Always a wonderful selection. I have never come out empty handed. Right now, if you wear a size 10 womans shoe ----- run and shop. Tons of beautiful heels. The staff here, rates 10 stars!!!
Great addition to Blue Springs!!

All the employees have GREAT attitudes. The shelves are constantly being updated, with new merchandise. Mondays mean 25% off for seniors. They carry alot of new clothing, w/tags attached and priced inappropriately. Lots of parking. One suggestion would be to update your book shelves. Separate cookbooks. Separate self help books. Alphabetize the fiction and non-fiction books. You'd sell alot more. No one has time to search thru lines and lines of various books. (In FL Goodwill has a beautiful bookstore. Books separated beautifully. There's always a large group of people buying 6-8 at a time. The books are cleaned off and its such a pleasure shopping there.) Just a hint from reader. 😊

Very easy to drop off your items you just drive up under the awning and they come out to you. They are super nice and I’m so glad that they are doing the work they are Way to go! And God bless you all

Clean and fun. You can find stuff here that you can’t find at retail stores. I appreciate the cleanliness of it. If I end up not liking it, I donate it back, I feel like I’m doing a good deed. Either way thank you for coming to the neighborhood.
