Subaru Service - Lee's Summit Subaru Service Center

Came to sell my truck, wasn't buying anything! Dealt with Destiny Farmer, the Sales Manager. Not only did she step up to the plate and give me what I needed for my truck (over book value) but treated me like family from start to finish. I had to come back to resign title work and she filled my car up for coming out even tho it was my fault. Would give this dealership my business any day of the week!

I definitely Recommend Liz! She definitely will put her time and effort into helping you get into a vehicle you love. She has helped many people and always leaves a smile on their face. This is definitely an amazing place to go if you’re looking for something new or even just interested in opening up to the idea of getting a new vehicle. Definitely asked for Liz! She is the best.

Very helpful. Had some major issues withy 12 year old Outback and they made it drive like new. Even got a 2024 rental, now I know what car I am going to save up for. Just wish I worked closer so I could more easily take my car there for regular service since they do such a good job.

Great people, great service on my Imprezza. Communication is always there and much appreciated. Very easy customer lounge to wait in.

I was very skeptical about taking my car here, just because of the dealership where I bought the vehicle (that's a whole other review)
However, they had me in for a second day oil change, and I was able to ask about the noise I heard. The oil change was less than an hour from arrival to keys back. They were able to get me in for actual service the following Monday. I had to leave it, but that's nothing unusual anywhere.
They diagnosed it, called me and told me what needed to happen, and gave me a time that was a few hours away(5pm), but they were sure going to try and get it done. 5:10 they called; my car was done and they had taken care of all of the warranty hassle with that other dealership.
I'm happy that I bought a Subaru, but I am quite happy with Lee's Summit Subaru. Please keep up the good work!

Always a pleasant experience here. Techs are knowledgeable and friendly, Coffee and snaks while wIting, nice comfortable waiting area. As with most dealer ships pricey.

Great dealership as far as I am concerned. Have had multiple leases on Forresters & Outbacks. Always seem to be working pleasantly w/ customers.

Ryan and his team consistently go above and beyond what you would expect to make a great customer experience. Genuinely good people, which in my experience has been hard to find. 10 out of 10.

All I got to say is this place goes above and beyond for their customers. I have been taking my vehicle here for years. Love my Subaru outback and want the best service for it. That's why I take it to Lee's Summit Subaru. They are friendly, informative, helpful, and kind. Not to mention their hospitality is out of this world. They have a car wash, nice Lounge and even a rewards program. Talk with either Brad Johnson of Gregg in Service in my opinion They are this company's best service writers. I almost forgot to give a shout out to the service technicians as well. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with any one else.

I just had my third oil change done on my Subaru Crosstrek that I bought at the beginning of the year and I truly love this dealership. They are always very friendly and helpful, whenever I have question they are prompt and thorough. The service has never taken longer than expected or done Incorrectly. Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful every time I am here. If your looking for a good Subaru dealership I would 100% recommend this one. Also shoutout to Liz Meyers the wonderful salesperson who sold me my car; They were extremely helpful in helping me choose a car that was right for me and I am in love with my Subaru.

I made an appointment for an oil change online, scheduled for 9am the next day. I arrived a few minutes before 9, and was on my way by 9:20. Quick, friendly service.

Cody and Destiny were very, very helpful. Hopefully next week we'll be driving home in a new car.
