Kelly Marchand saved my inept attempt to book a Spring Break Trip for my teenager. I contacted Kelly to help me with a shuttle to and from the airport and when I sent her my tickets, she realized that I had booked the WRONG DATES! Can you imagine if I had shown up at the airport the first day of Spring Break only to find my tickets were for the month before. Kelly worked tirelessly all afternoon to get my inaccurate tickets canceled and completely new flights booked. She worked her magic and got me a refund for my current flight, used part of that refund for tickets with that airline AND booked the other part with another airline. All the while keeping me with the same arrival and departure dates I needed for my nonrefundable resort stay. Think about it she was trying to book March flights in February!
AND she was able to do it all within my budget! Hats off to Kelly! She was amazing to work with, a true wizard in the murky world of airline booking! If you are looking for a travel agent that has a firm command on travel and a great mind toward budgeting and details Kelly Marchand is the person you need to hire for your next excursion. Kelly is the best! We've traveled to Mexico multiple times and I would never go without Kelly's guidance, support and advice. The last thing you want to do is put yourself in a situation where you don't have someone in the states for support, if things don't go well in Mexico. I hear stories all the time about how people try to make travel plans in Mexico without a travel agent, they get there and get taken advantage of, and have no one to call in the US for backup support. Kelly helped my girlfriend and I plan a trip to Europe recently. She arranged all accommodations, tours/day trips, and flights and transportation, and provided recommendations when we weren't sure about certain things.

We were very impressed with how communicative, flexible, and willing to help when issues came up Kelly was. We certainly were not the easiest customers to handle (had to move the entire trip at one point and some flights were rerouted), but she was always there to help when issues arose! Her ability to rebook the trip on short notice was pretty amazing.

Kelly Marchand is the person that assisted me. From start to finish, it was GREAT. I told her what I wanted (and then some) and she sent me many e-mails with prices of the days that I could take and which options were cheaper. It took me about three days to decide and then we pulled the trigger. She followed up with a couple weeks before hand to see if I wanted to purchase bags from Frontier since it would be cheaper to go that route. She also text me during vacation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and then followed up after. I have recommended Kelly at Shelton Travel to several people. I will forever be going to her with my trip plans. Thank you SO much Kelly. I barley had to lift a finger which is all anyone can ever ask for traveling to another country. She's the BEST!

I was referred to Kelly from a friend and very glad that I was! I had travel credits from a prior package booked thru another agency that dropped the ball and the credits were getting ready to expire. I shared my situation and details with Kelly and she was able to find a great trip for my family of 4 and was able to easily apply all of my credits. She was very attentive and responsive to all my questions and really took the burden and stress off of me. I have no problem recommending her to anyone needing assistance with travel plans. Kelly Helped plan our family vacation starting in 2019. We had a cruise planned as well as a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. She had every accommodation and detail covered for the trip. She had all transportation covered for our large family number, all meal planning, resort and hotel reservations, even our theme park passes and events!! The month of our cruise, the cruise line cancelled the cruise. With little notice, Kelly was able to cancel all unnecessary plans, and then book a whole new itinerary on the fly!!! (she didn't miss a single detail. All hotels, food. transportation-she had it all covered!!!) I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a travel agent. Whether your need is a weekend getaway for two, or a group travel, Kelly is the agent you NEED.
