Best service ever!! Went in to do a tux rental for prom, they measured, remeasured and tried pieces on to get the right fit ordered. We had the pickup in Fargo but returned to Bismarck. It took maybe 10 min to return but that was due to making sure all pieces were there, and to pay a one day return late charge. If you need a tux or a suit for that matter definitely check them out. They also have a rewards program so sign up for that in store or online!!

One of the managers, Dillon, did such an amazing job helping us every step of the way choosing our custom suit!! The knowledge he has to offer is exceptional, he gave us several options to choose from and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, didn't push anything on us, and the best part - he was genuinely nice to be around and work with!! He does amazing work and makes sure his clients get exactly what they're looking for. He will be who we work with in the future if we ever need anything, again!

Once again Lynn and her staff succeeded in making me look my best. Simply put, old-school service in a casual, friendly atmosphere with helpful suggestions throughout the buying process. A fun and outstanding experience.

Fantastic service and helpful advice! 5 groomsmen plus one groom from all over the region, 3 of them without a store nearby- and the Bismarck employees helped us get it all done and on time..... I forgot to mention we just had a few weeks notice plus with the pandemic there were lots of issues with supplies, but they were very good at communicating all of the details. The young college men and my son (the groom) looked great! Thank you so much!

Stopped in looking for a last minute suit for my son. His hockey game is at 3, we came is 11. We had 2-3 people helping us find the perfect look. They are working now to h the pants in time for the game. The service was absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10, would recommend this store to everyone, and I will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Reserved a couple of suits to view from online and they were ready within a hour. The service I received was exceptional, friendly and personable. Never felt pressured. The manager on duty at the time helped me directly and ordered pants for me that were not in stock with no hassle matching online promotion.

I even went back later that day to try and re-process my order while taking advantage of a coupon that I forgot I had and again had no troubles upon my return! 10/10

Ask for Mariah. Can not speak high enough of her. Amazing customer service! She should get a raise. Saved my husband’s outfit for a last minute formal event. We walked in with under an hour to close and she had him set up with hemmed/steamed pants and a steamed shirt when we wanted out. She never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed at our late arrival - which I still feel bad about as someone who was in customer service. It was so positive we also got extra shirts, dress socks, and a belt. The selection was good and prices were nothing shocking. Thanks again Mariah!

Love the renting they provide for suits. Didn't know all the possibilities that were options. Colton did a great job measuring and providing my groom with suits that fit well. Can't wait to see the end results!

While what they sell is a bit out of my price range for everyday purchases, I have gone to them as both a groom and groomsman. They've been nothing but courteous and knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to dress up. They have a good range of options so you can go as affordable or extravagant as you want.

Jessica the manager of suits is AMAZING! She made it so easy to get my fiancé fitted, answered all questions knowledably & even loved my 1 year old son. We had to go back because my fiancé lost some weight & once again she was amazing! Huge shoutout to Jessica & I would HIGHLY recommend Men's Wearhouse!

Went in needing to work a bit on my wardrobe, and got help with very nice styles that I really liked and correct size. Always friendly employees, and always ready to help with whatever questions you have.
