Holly has been doing my taxes since I have been 16 years old (currently 28) and she has been doing my mom's. Before Holly started doing my mom's, Zena did my mom's for many years. They have ALWAYS put our family first and gave us the utmost respect and the BEST service humanly possible. I recommend anyone and everyone to use Adam's and Associates. I took my taxes to Adams because of my mother's estate. I should have thrown up a red flag when Holly said she needed to do some research on the subject. I had everything she requested to her by mid March. over the next 5 months I would repeatedly call to get an update. IF I got a live body(answering machine has not worked correctly since I got it the first time I called) I was repeatedly promised a call back with an update or tell me that they would be done the following week. never once did the call back come.
when I went to pick up my paperwork, Holly with a shocked look on her face tells me (after 5 months) that she didn't have everything she needed to finish the taxes. Never one time was told this or was I contacted and told this. She has all of my contact Info. I've been lied to and they wasted 5 months. I think I have been more than lenient(probably too lenient) with Adams and Associates and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
