Branch was recommended to me by realtor, as I had just purchased my first home. Obviously, like most carriers, they offered a substantial discount if I used them for my car insurance as well. So I did. We have 2 cars, both are 20+ year old vehicles. My lady drives less than 1.5 miles to work each day, and I work at home so I hardly drive at all…this month my premium for liability coverage on our 2 vehicles increased by well over 100%, no explanation and also, no advance warning. That’s a massive increase and I can’t just eat that. When I inquired with a rep about it, they were basically like “yeah sorry it’s going up”. Insurance is the biggest legal racket there is, but since you sorta have to have it I am exploring other options. There’s plenty of people out there who will take my money.

I've heard nothing but good things about Flat Branch, but I had a bad experience. I personally won't go to them for anything else.

We originally had full coverage on our policy from a previous car and we transferred to another car and they failed the tell us that they put it to a liability and instead of keeping it to full coverage.I happened to get in to a wreck that wasn't my fault when someone stops in the middle of the expressway going about 68mph if that,on the right side while the left side was going faster than i was and to avoid a bigger mess i locked up my breaks and slid into the other person's vehicle and no one was hurt until someone mentioned broken teeth now we got screwed blue and tattooed and didn't get to enjoy it. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.
