I went into Chuck's today hoping to find a pair of mud and muck boots to replace my old ones and boy was I not disappointed! Staff was friendly, knowledgable and quick to help! Took me less than 15 minutes to find what I had been struggling to track down for MONTHS. Came right home and was able to slog my way through my swamp of a horse paddock to do all my chores with DRY AND WARM FEET for the first time all season! So SO grateful to the crew at Chuck's!!!

Went in to look and 900$ later .grate staff nice place to go for riding apparel and boots,and anything else you might like in western wear.

The customer service is top NOTCH!! The ladies in there go above and beyond to help make sure your purchase goes smoothly!!

We have always had a great experience at Chuck’s Boot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The last time we were in the store James helped my husband find a pair of work boots and he explained in detail the things he recommended and why. I highly recommend going here if you need boots. They have all kinds. Even kids sizes.

Great place to get boots or anything leather really. Friendly, helpful staff too. Tons of boots. Cowboy boots to work boots, they got them. They also carry Thorogood boots, so that's a plus. Definitely recommend stopping in.

I was helped by Sean, and he did a fantastic job! Within a minute of entering the store he asked if he could help, and directed me to the boot I ended up buying. 10/10 would suggest coming here. Sean made the atmosphere very welcoming! Enjoyed chatting with him while I tried on my boots.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Yes the boots are pricey but these boots will last me well over 4 years and for less than 200$. They also have an amazing assortment of a lotta things ranging from boots and hats to riding jackets and knifes. It really is an amazing place

I've been to many Boot Stores around the area and buy 1-2 pr of boots a year. These folks at CHUCKS BOOTS have a GREAT selection of boots & sizes(work & leasure) where as another Boot Store (e.ed) have "ok" selection but not sizes. SAVE YOURSELF a heartache & headache....... GO to CHUCKS BOOTS

James was absolutely amazing! I have a wedding to be in an needed boots to go with the dress. He helped me with out with giving me different options and explaining the differences and how they would fit better. Even went as far as giving me his opinion on how they look! Everyone was very polite! But he stood out!

Never been upset with my boot purchases there. I frequent about once every 1.5years. Staff is helpful when you need it, but not overbearing.

I'm thankful for small businesses like this one. My children and I enjoyed doing in store and choosing gifts for my husband. The staff was helpful. They have a large selection of boots with good prices. I plan to go back and get a pair of boots for myself!

Chuck’s boots once again delivers top notch customer service, and the best prices around! I’ve now gotten a dozen different pairs of boots from Chuck’s and let me tell you, they have the best selection around! I have a big foot and wear a size 15-17 (depending on who makes the boot) and because Chuck’s carries a large variety of styles and brands, then I’m able to get the boots that I need for work, and the ones I like for dress. Amie (who works at the front desk) is absolutely awesome and hands down one of the most professional and knowledgeable people out there! She was able to answer any question I could throw at her and was able to help me get a new pair of Carolina ropers, and the perfect pair of Thorogood’s moccasin top work boots. Again, you can not find a better family owned business that is both a great help, and that supports the constitution and individual liberties. I will absolutely be shopping at Chuck’s again!

I got a pair of boots there in December of 2019 and just recently the soul started separating and I went bye there today and thought I will stop in there and find out what could be done with them and I am very glad that I did. They gave me a replacement pair of the same value or the same boot no questions asked except when I bought them. The people are AWESOME!!!!!!!! I will continue to bye my boots there and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for taking care of me Chucks boots you all are great! Jimmie.

I had a great shopping experience searching for my first pair of cowboy boots at Chuck’s! The customer service was excellent. The ladies were very attentive and answered all of my questions. They pointed me in the right direction as soon as I walked in the store. I will definitely be back.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing and we never felt rushed. Our sales guy who's name I didn't get (young guy with fancy woven boots) was so helpful DT said they are some of the nicest boots he ever had. Great selection and they didn't kick us the the curb on a Friday night. A must shopping place for any boot wearer.

Amie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and was extremely knowledgeable... There wasn't a question that I had about the boots I was looking at (probably 12 different pair) that she couldn't answer right off the bat.

The selection and pricing are great! Hands down better than any corporate chain western wear or boot store in the area... and because of the fact that they are a local, family owned and operated business, I will never shop anyplace else! We'll definitely be coming back real soon!
