Dr Kataria has been my primary care doctor for several years now and I just love her and the staff at her office. Dr. Kataria listens and takes me seriously unlike some doctors I've seen that give you no eye contact and seem to know nothing about you. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly nurses and Dr. Kataria was prompt and efficient. As a bonus, they kept their appointments and no long wait. I like a doctor that respects your time.

A nice doc who actually cares whether or not you are actually following your health care plan.

Dr Kataria is very thorough. I've only seen her twice but I know I'm going to like her very much.

I would absolutely see her clear from this doctors office in general. I have had a lot of trouble with his office, I was scheduling appointments without telling me, and then getting upset when I had no idea that an appointment was happening and not showing up. In addition, I had to have the paperwork filled out for me to go to grad school, and the receptionist gave me a very hard time, and was very rude with me about doing it. When I eventually got to talk to a higher up, I was told that they would fill out the paperwork after picking up the paperwork, it was not filled out correctly, or even signed in multiple places. Now I’m going to have to go to a new doctor with new paperwork and have them fill it out. It’s simply ridiculous.

Following a health scare and a trip to the ER, I was told to set up a doctor's appointment. Didn't have a primary and Freeman referred me to this office. This was the 3rd office they referred me to, as the first two told me they were not accepting patients. When I reached this office I was set up for a Monday appointment at 8am with Dr Katrina. I arrived 20 minutes early and waited in the small exterior lobby of the building since the doctors office doesn't open until 8am. (This office is in the same building as the Urgent Care clinic, but separate areas.) This was the Monday following the Super Bowl and we did have some extremely cold temps and a little icy weather. I obviously made it there fine though. After 8am someone from the Urgent Care clinic opened the interior doors, but she told me she didn't know where the doctor office staff was. Their office doors remained locked & there was no one in the there. I waited until 8:10 and still no one showed up and their office doors remained locked. When I started walking back to my car I got a voicemail that they were not going to be open today due to poor road conditions? They called and cancelled with me 10 minutes after my appointment time. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My time matters too. You can't call at least a few minutes before my appointment and safe me the time and hassle. I had to take personal time off work for this. They stated that they would call me personally and reschedule the next day on the voicemail that was left also. That didn't ever happen either. I tried calling on Wednesday following since I still hadn't heard from them and no one even answered at this office. Don't waste your time with this office. How you treat people matters and many in health care need to figure this out. Find a primary that at least show a little concern for you as a person. None of this can be disputed either, this was my 100% actual first time experience with Dr. katrina's office. Disappointing.

She doesn’t seem to care about her patients, she doesn’t listen, the guidance/solutions aren’t clear.
