I only selected 1 star because there isn't any stars to the left of zero denoting a negative rating. The rating system forced me to choose a star before it would post my review. So, here it is. GB is a third party administrator for insurance companies. Their adjusters, private Investigators /surveillance people (cost containment people) keep claim cost down anyway possible. TRUST ME

i know it wasn't this office i dealt with but same name and to me perception is everything. however i spoke with Melissa from this location and she was nice enough to answer the phone and give me the number to a supervisor to help settle my claim whom i called and left a message to twice and still no call back. what a suprise. same problem i had with peggy k. who works for this company.

Sorry excuse for a insurance company. Rude agents,will not answer calls,will try to trick you into driving away without fixing the problem. Worst customer service i have ever encountered.
